Welcome back, residents. This is your chief retention officer speaking. It has been a rough week for all of us, but we are grateful to our first responders for keeping us safe. I’m happy to report that our facility has not suffered any damage, and that all residents have remained safe.

Unfortunately, the evacuation has caused us to miss our deadline on the Vox-R contract, so those of you assigned to Trailers A and B will be going on twelve-hour shifts starting tomorrow to make up for lost hours. Remember, anyone who wishes to pick up overtime hours can do so by filling out a form at one of the kiosks outside the main office. Training takes only twenty minutes.

In addition, we are experiencing some staffing issues due to the impact of the wildfire on our employees. The exercise yard and the recreation room will be closed until further notice. We are still working on getting the commissary restocked.
