Life’s funny.
Just when you think you’re running the perfect play, you have to decide whether to throw the ball away, or hold on and take the hit.
That’s where I am right now. Trying to decide whether it’s worth the risk to throw the pass or not. If I do, that connection could result in perfectly pouty lips and beautiful blushing cheeks as my reward. And if I don’t, everything will be as it always is.
The problem with that is, I’m stuck.
Stuck in an endless cycle of contracts, relationships with expiry dates, and surface-level acquaintanceships. It’s exhausting. And, even worse—it’s boring.
