Oh god. My father’s men. Is this them? Have they found me and now they’re fucking with me before taking me back to my father?
I’m too busy watching the newest masked man that I don’t hear the other ones approaching me.
Spinning around, I scream when the two from before are right in front of me.
My heart slams against my chest, tears springing to my eyes. I back up, only making it a few steps before bumping into a hard body.
My eyes fall shut as I swallow down the sob that threatens to tear from my throat.
“Shhhh.” One of them murmurs. “We’re not going to hurt you.”
“No.” Another one says. “Never hurt you.”
“We just wanna have a little bit of fun.” The third one says, “What do you say, Little Omega. Wanna play a game?”
“No.” I whimper, my body shaking.
“Come on.” The first one says. “It’s gonna be so much fun.”
“All you gotta do is run.” The second one whispers.
Just as I think I’m fucked, that I’m going to die tonight, the wind blows and three scents I’m very familiar with hit me like a bag of bricks.
Coffee, campfire, and chamomile cinnamon.
My eyes snap open and my breathing comes in quick heavy pants.
What the hell? It’s them. I know it’s them. But why the hell is my pack dressed up in masks, terrifying me.
“When we first started to get to know one another, after we marked you, made you ours for life, you asked us what we like to do for fun.” Brooks reaches out and runs his fingers through my hair. It’s gotten a little longer, but I just dyed it pink again last week. I groan when he tugs on my hair. “Well this is it, Little Omega. We love to hunt. And tonight, you're the prey.”
Holy shit. Is this really happening?
“Be a good boy.” River growls. “And do as you're told. If you do, I promise you’ll be greatly rewarded.”
They all take a step back and I suck in a few heaving breaths as my head swivels around, trying to look at all of them at once.
“Now run, Little Omega. If we catch you, we fuck you.”
Eyes wide, I lick my lips, my brain trying to process what the hell is happening right now.
“One.” Brooks starts.
“Two.” River adds.
“Three.” Lee chuckles.
Something inside me has me snapping into motion. Turning on my heel, I run. Not having a damn clue where I’m going but knowing even if I get lost, my pack will find me.
And when they catch me, I want them to do whatever the hell they want with me.
Because the idea of my pack hunting me turns me on far more than it should.
HENLEY
Oh little mouse, you’re running so fast!
Whooping loudly, I chase after Camden, my alphas and I weaving through the trees.
