Story: Scream
I suck my teeth. “I have no idea. My wife has gone through things neither of us can relate to. Until I can get my fucking hands on that piece of shit, all I can do is bide my time and be there for my wife in whatever capacity she needs me. But she's headed to Raven's. C'mon. Swallow that down, and let's go. We have much to do while she’s preoccupied.”
He throws the bourbon back and sets the glass on the counter. “Hey Boss?”
I lift a brow.
“You think Raven needs a fourth?”
I smirk at him. “Depends. Do you need an extrahole in your body?”
Chapter Thirty-Two
Sabrina.
“This isexactlywhat it looks like!” Jonas screams with a moan as Raven breaks out in a fit of giggles. She holds up a finger telling me to give her a minute.
Slamming their bedroom door closed, I dart down the stairs where Parker is waiting for me with his brows raised high. “I told you we should have rang the doorbell.”
Exasperated, I reply, “There was a harness… andthings. A whole room dedicated to… I saw Jonas in a position where- she was- there was aharness, Parker. Jonas is very bendy.”
Loud, booming laughter comes out of Parker, filling the living area and he collapses onto the oversized, incredibly comfortable sofa, holding his flat, muscular stomach. And he is glorious. I can’t help my own bits of giggles bouncing out of me. He wipes his tears, tries to stand, but falls into another fit. “We should go.”
“No need, we’re done. Well, notdone. But we can pick up where we left off when Damon gets home.” Jonas huffs from behind me. I turn to see that both of them are freshly showered with a lazy smile on their faces. They greet us, and when Jonas gets near me, he says with a lowered voice, “Told ya, real weird kinky stuff.”
I look up at him, a blush creeping everywhere. “No judgement, just didn’t expect to see your dangly bits hanging upside down.” I rush out. “Also,” I waggle my brows and lower my voice. “I’ll have you know I too, once upon a time, was upside down, with my own wobbly bits swaying.”
This time Raven grabs my arms and barrels forward, putting a hand on her knee while gripping me. “The… cir-cir-cirque du S-S-Soleil guy in France!”
I chuckle, feeling my blush turn crimson. “You remember?”
She nods.
“Oh, I gotta hear this story.” Jonas grins, taking a seat on the sofa next to Parker, who puts his hands behind his head and gives me a nod to continue.
I laugh. “Nothing major. It’s exactly as you would picture it. Freshman year, we spent our summer holiday traveling in France.” I jerk my thumb in Raven’s direction, “Saw a poster outside a venue for a Cirque du Soleil show. It was not, whatsoever, a professional one. That being said, there was stilllotsof aerial silk involved. The chap with the exceptional guyliner asked me to stay behind. So I did. Things got…silky. Except he almost dropped me, but I reached out and grabbed the silk at the right time. Unfortunately, in my quick panic, I broke his nose.Ruinedthe silks. Had to pay a fine.” I roll my eyes. “What about you? Any crazy stories?”
Jonas shakes his head as Raven goes to sit on his lap. “Nah, I was pretty much a virgin ‘till I met Raven.”
I raise a brow.
“I kinda can’t remember anyone I ever slept with before her. It’s like they all faded away. Nobody matters but her and Damon. I’m complete now.” He says happily, and Raven snuggles into him.
I nod. “Honestly, I feel the same. Had I not seen you in that swing, that memory wouldn’t even have popped back up. There was a time when all of my encounters were thwarted, or I was looking into the eyes of the man I really wanted.” Jonas cocks his head to the side, but I keep my gaze on Parker, whose eyes are growing hooded and darker, sending ripples of lust to every needy pink part of mine. “It’s like the rest of the world fades away… and nobody but them exists. You become lost in a new world – trapped in a maze – but you don’t want to find your way out. You just want to delve deeper into this mysterious land, no matter how scary it can be… and never, ever leave.”
From my periphery, I can see the duo nodding along, but it’s Parker I can’t tear my eyes away from. He looks so deliciously relaxed in a white, fitted Henley, distressed jeans, and Jimmy Choo Marlow combat boots instead of his usual Armani uniform. His glinting dog tags are out, thighs spread – one arm resting on the arm of the sofa, the other on one of his massive thighs. My mouth pools with saliva with the need to please him. I want to sink to my knees and crawl to him.
“Would you two like a room?” Jonas asks.
I blink, the living room coming back into focus.“Uhm,” I chuckle awkwardly, “No, no. I came to ask Raven if she’d like to do something wild with me?”
Raven cocks her head to the side and nods before I can even tell her what it is.
I beam. “C’mon then, I made an appointment at The Atelier. Jonas, Parker, I made you an appointment there as well for massages.”
Raven jumps up and claps her hands together, a broad smile on her gorgeous face. She runs upstairs to match her outfit with mine. Nothing incredible – a flirty black skater skirt to match my white one, a lavender crop top to match the baby pink camisole I’ve tucked into my skirt, and lavender high-tops to match my baby pink ones. And on her hands, she wears little, breathable, lavender lace gloves.
Three hours later, we walk out of The Atelier.
Raven now has purple low-lights, and I have pink ombre. It’s my first time going to a salon in three years. I’ve been managing to get by with YouTube tutorials doing my own manis and pedis. I’m not ready for that yet. I don’t want anyone else’s hands on me yet. I may never want anyone but my men to ever touch me again. Walking down Fifth, gloved hand in gloved hand with Raven, headed to a small cafe. I tilt my head toward her. “I quit my job.”
He throws the bourbon back and sets the glass on the counter. “Hey Boss?”
I lift a brow.
