Story: The Filth Kings

Thirty-Five

“M—Monster?” Jalissa’s voice cracked; her head bobbed from side to side, as her chin rubbed up against her chest every couple of seconds.

The chains that kept her locked in place against the wall dug into her flesh. She whimpered and sobbed lowly. It amazed me how even her being in distress, chained, and beaten badly by Impurity for days straight, her face still held some sort of glow that highlighted her beauty.

Impurity had his men capture Jalissa soon as Mr. Herringbone reported back to him about her reappearance. I felt like I didn’t have to tell Detavio that from that day forward, I had my men watching Impurity’s every move from the inside out and the out. Impurity wanted to force Jalissa to be back with him. She despised him so much that she refused, so in return, Impurity started to torture her.

“What!” My voiced boomed.

I rocked back in forth in an old worn rocking chair that collected too much dust to try to inhale. As bad as I wanted to see these two suffer, I was tired of them and ready to off them.

“I saved you…h—how could you turn on me and?—”

“Shut the fuck up!” I snapped my eyes her way.

My voice boomed so loudly, Impurity’s dogs’ ears perked up. They stood and tried to charge me but was snatched back violently from the chains that was tied a little too tight around their necks.

“Five days...” I pointed her way.

“You been saying the same shit for five fucking days. Not once did you tell me thank you. So, I think you should say it. I want you to say… Thank you, Monster… for finding me chained up in Impurity’s room then bringing me to his sick underground bunker to continue my torture.” I smiled sinisterly.

“I want you to look at me and say that shit with your chest. I just might unchain you then let you lay on the ground over there…” I pointed over toward Impurity.

He was chained down to the dirty ground, his body was limp as he snored lightly on his side with dry cracked blood that decorated his busted lip and broken nose. His naked body disgusted me; the bruises that decorated his ashy ass skin wasn’t enough to satisfy me at all. I could have ended all of this days ago…Instead, I decided to carry it all out for five days. I wasn’t sure if I wanted it all to end tonight. Within the first five hours of me arriving, my men slaughtered every guard that attempted to stand their weak ass ground against me.

Each day, I instructed my men to spill lighter fluid all around Arkville, they put it around Impurity’s estate, the woods, and on the inside of his house. When they died, so did Arkville. It would be up to the city to decide what they wanted to do with this city.

Impurity’s prisoners were set free. I left it up to Detavio to take good care of them and find them some sort of placement. There were about two people that had sick ass fetishes, or maybe it was Stockholm syndrome. They didn’t want to leave but had no other choice. I was running off of six hours of sleep in total for the five days that I spent coming here. I went home to a cranky Natavi just to eat her food, check on her, then come back to Arkville. She was pregnant, I knew it from the way she acted. Her titties was super sensitive and she had mood changes like crazy.

“Fuck you! You sick g bastard!” Jalissa spat with the little bit of strength she could muster up inside of her.

My dry chuckle turned into a delirious laugh; I laughed so hard that I started to cough. I hawked up enough spit, and shot it her way.

“I’m no bastard, both of my parents are still here… for now.” I clicked my teeth tauntingly.

“Come to find out Octavia…Or should I say Octavio, is doing quite well for himself. He went through a procedure to get his breast removed. He’ll be looking like the man he always wanted to be in no time. Once the two of you are out the way, Detavio, Octavio, and I are going to forget all about you. You thought you had a daughter…It’s the dumb shit for me—” I stopped myself abruptly, soon as that stupid shit left my mouth.

I had been around Natavi for too long, her vocabulary started to take its toll on me. Her favorite word was, ‘Period’ or ‘For me’. I laughed inwardly and vowed to never say no feminine shit like that again.

“What did you do to my baby! I swear when I get out of?—”

“You won’t get out of those chains, you will burn tied in them… trust me, you’ll never see the same baby that you poisoned for years again. You sick ass bitch!” I stood to my feet.

I walked over to Impurity and kicked him in the face over and over until he pissed and shitted all over himself.

“Press it!” I gritted out. I watched his face ball up in pain as his right hand started to shake.

He blinked through swollen eyes in confusion, his eyes swept around wildly as reality hit him. He was at my mercy. I had to give it to him, he didn’t drop a tear until I had my men shove a fifteen-inch electric dildo up his ass.

“Kill me.” He muttered lowly.

Agony was written all over his face, he looked defeated. Jalissa chuckled lowly as she squirmed against the chains uncomfortably.

“You were better off killing him, Impurity. Better yet, I should have killed him soon as he exited my pussy. I should have listened to Herringbone when he offered me all of that money to disappear out of your life. Did you know that Herringbone’s parents were responsible for the death of your parents! His father was in love with your mom, they secretly had an affair for years right under your father’s nose! His father was your real dad, you idiotic bitch! All this time, you were sleeping with your half-brother!” She sniggered evilly.

I chuckled dryly as Usher’s Confessions song came to mind. I started to hum it right before Impurity barreled over to his side and started to throw up the lining of his stomach mixed with the dog food that I fed him and Jalissa.

“Enough!” I pointed at Jalissa.

I leaned down and snatched the dildo controller out of Impurity’s hand and pressed the on button. I gave him my back as a high pitch scream escaped his mouth. He coughed violently; I heard more throw up hit the ground. I looked down at the remote and pressed the off button then turned my back to him.

“You see how that shit hurts, how violated you feel? That’s how it was for me over and over as a boy in Thailand…” I swallowed down hard.

Darkness engulfed me as I felt my rage building up inside of me.

“I—I…” He stumbled all over his words.

The sound of his blood dripped on the concrete behind him as he winced out in pain. He couldn’t talk since the dildo was practically splitting his ass in half.

“If that’s an apology that’s getting ready to escape your mouth, you keep that and give it to the devil when you get to hell.” I spat.

I reached down in my pocket and pulled out a long switchblade. My boots thumped against the ground as I closed the space between us in one stride. I leaned down and refused to inhale the smell of his shit and piss.

“I’ll be sure to send your dogs with you, to keep you company. Maybe when I get there, I’ll get the chance to kill you all over again. Have fun with your half-brother and heal your ass while you vacation in Hades.” I talked above a whisper.

In one swift motion, I cut his neck from ear to ear. I tucked the knife back in my pocket then wiped at his neck with both hands. Once my hands got fully covered in Impurity’s blood, I walked over to Jalissa. She weakly picked her head up as tears ran down her diamond-shaped face.

“Mon—”

“Shhh…” I cut her off.

I placed both hands at the top of her forehead and ran it down her face. I rubbed Impurity’s blood in on her face like it was lotion. She bucked and twisted against the heavy chains and cried out loudly.

“You should have saved Emi instead of me, Jalissa. I end up being your worst nightmare.” I smiled in her face.

I grabbed the back of her head and the bottom of her chin.

“Want to count down with me?” I chuckled.

“Please, I can’t be stuck in hell with Impurity. I’ll be a good mother to all of you! I got caught up in my revenge?—”

“No, that’s not what I asked you, Jalissa. Relax, it’ll go fast. Accept your fate and count down with me…one—” I paused to see if she would join the count down.

She wailed loudly as I finished the count down for her. When I got to three, I snapped her neck on cue. I stared at her head that wallowed before me. I shook my head but couldn’t hold back the wide smile that spread across my face.

“All y’all had to do was be decent parents.” I mumbled as I turned to walk away.

As far as I was concerned, there was nothing of value left in this place. Detavio emptied out all of Impurity’s hidden safes and disbursed all of his money to the people that was caged up. I snatched my walkie talkie out of my back pocket soon as I made it outside into the cold night air.

“Sam-nine, light this bitch on fire.”

I pulled over alongside the road and turned off my truck, once I got down the mountain about five minutes away from Impurity’s estate. His mansion, including the land surrounding it, went up in flames. I watched the trees catch fire as it blazed down the mountaintop. It was a big enough arson to spread amongst the rest of Arkville. Especially with the high winds that picked up and moved the fire aggressively.

Arkville would be a wrap after tonight. The closer the fire got to my car, I drove further away. The people that lived out this way had already been notified to evacuate, thanks to Detavio and my men that started a smaller fire earlier closer to the woods.

My phone vibrated in my pocket before I reached to retrieve it, I knew that it was Natavi. I looked at the screen in disappointment when I realized that I was wrong.

“It’s done,” I spoke into the phone.

Detavio remained quiet for a couple of seconds before speaking.

“I know it’s done, that’s not why I was calling,” he said into the phone.

I remained quiet as I thought about anything else that he could possibly be calling me for. I also wondered how he was processing all of this being that he was the one raised by Impurity. Detavio rarely talked on the phone, let alone texted. I was the same way until Natavi came along. She had me doing a lot of shit out of my norm.

“How do you ask a woman out…like on a date?” he asked lowly.

My fingers tightened around the phone in my hand as I watched the flames dance in my rearview mirror. It licked at the sky with wild hunger and illuminated Arkville with a raging glow. I felt the heat that pressed against my window, if I was in the same mind frame that I was in before meeting Natavi, I probably would have let the fire swallow me whole.

I took in a slow deep breath then turned the key. My headlights carved a path through the ash like dead snow. There were no sirens, nobody outside wailing over this hell bound of a city. The road stretched ahead of me, cracked in empty with trash that spun in circles from the violent wind.

“Monster!” Detavio yelled into the phone.

“She’s been away less than a week; give her space and time,” I uttered.

“I want her here…I also want her to go to the red-carpet event with me as my date,” he added.

“I have a surprise for you at your event...that’s if you stop bugging me. I might ask Natavi tonight to invite Angel to the event.” I smirked just as I turned on the main road.

“You’ve seen her, haven’t you?” He spat into the phone with venom in his tone.

“Of course, I have.” I chuckled.

“For a woman that was kidnapped, she sure was extra happy,” I added.

“You’re fired as the chief of my security.” He threatened.

“I bet, I am. Natavi talked me into starting a topflight security of the world company. I got enough money to not work for you anymore, especially now since Impurity is gone.” I chuckled, amused with his tantrum.

“Monster?” Detavio called my name in a more serious tone of voice.

“What?” I snapped.

“Did she ask about me? You hear her mention me to Natavi?” His voice held the same hope that I had while holding my breath, hoping that Natavi didn’t really leave me once I destroyed all the new furniture she had delivered to my house.

I shook my head, because Detavio didn’t realize that he had fucked around and fell in love with Angel. If it was left up to him, he’d stalk her all over again. I didn’t fully believe him when he told me that he let her go and removed all camera footage from her house.

“That crosses the line. I don’t eavesdrop on?—”

“You do! You went through Natavi’s phone, remember?”

“I’ll see you in a few days--”

“Wait! Monster! Listen!” He panicked.

“Talk to Natavi, have her invite Angel. I want to see her.” He rushed his words out.

“No, see you going about it wrong, Mr. Decebal.” I taunted.

“Don’t refer to me as that.” I didn’t miss the disdain in his voice.

“You and Angel will not seep into me in Natavi’s relationship.” I stated.

“So, it’s really official between the two of you?” He asked in shock.

I tugged at the bottom of my beard and smiled, my right hand navigated my car on the freeway as I thought about how fast me and Natavi was moving. She wasn’t going nowhere; I wasn’t going to ever let her go. I said that shit in my head at least two times a day because it felt too good to be true. I was headed home, with dried blood on both hands. This type of shit turned her on and worried her at the same time.

She accepted me for who the fuck I was. She held the strings that pulled at my heart. I could look in Natavi eyes and want to give her the universe and beyond.

“She’s the mother of my first-born, my soon to be wife. I don’t give a fuck about how fast it happened either. She’s mine and will always be mines. If you really wanted Angel, you’d stop being a scary lil bitch and go get her. You got her before, what’s stopping you now?” I said into the phone as I ended our call before he had time to respond to my words.

Detavio knew what he had to do, just like I knew what to do with Natavi. I stopped letting my past hold me back and got in touch with my grown man feelings. I reached for my blunt inside of the cup holder then cracked my window as I exited off the freeway. I’d give her the universe and beyond. I recited in my head. Those words sounded like the only truth I’d ever known.

Natavi was my person, we clicked in ways that I didn’t know was possible. Like two scattered puzzle pieces finally finding their place. With her, I didn’t have to pretend. I didn’t have to keep my darkness so close because when I was with her, I saw a comforting light. My guard was down, and I didn’t feel paranoid about it being down. I could breathe with Natavi, I was also able to discover a language that I never knew before her. Real raw love.

She felt the gravity that pulled me back when I felt myself float too far out into emptiness. Her eyes were always steady and sure, like she could see all of me…even the parts that I kept hidden and would never tell her about for the sake of her sanity. In her space, her presence…the world felt less cold. I dropped a lone tear as I pulled onto my lawn, I parked in front of my house and stayed inside of my truck for a couple of minutes.

The universe seemed so small in comparison to what Natavi deserved. If I could, I’d give her and my unborn baby…every star, every planet, and every inch of the sky. I could face it all, even the past traumas that held me back constantly. Because with Natavi, nothing else mattered.

I gripped the wheel tighter, the weight to my overwhelmed thoughts pressed down hard on me. I didn’t just come home with blood on my hands for getting rid of the muthafuckas that caused me so much pain—no—I was coming home to where the fuck I belonged and was meant to be.
