“Tex-Mex or Whataburger?”
Both were tempting, but there was something about Tex-Mex that made my mouth water. California had its own style of Mexican food, and while it was delicious, nothing beat Texas queso.
“Mexican, for sure.”
“All right. Let’s go.” She headed for the driver’s side.
“Mind if I invite Stacey?”
Mom stopped walking and turned back to me. “You two are back together?”
“Together as we can be while I live in California.”
A smile spread across her face. “That makes me so happy.”
I figured it would, but I didn’t want to tell her anything since long-distance dating was hard. Pulling out my phone, I sent a text to Stacey as we got onto the road.
Me: Hey baby. I made it. Meet me and Mom for lunch?
It didn’t take long for her to reply:
Yeah. Just tell me where.
I sent her the location of my favorite Mexican restaurant I used to frequent at least once a week.
Stacey was waiting for us by the time we made it from the airport. The moment I saw her, my heart smiled, and when Mom put the car in park, I bolted out of the car and jogged to my girl. “Hey, baby,” I greeted, picking her up and spinning her around.
“Hey, yourself.”
Not caring that my mother was watching, I planted a big wet one on Stacey’s lips. “I’ve missed you.”
“I’ve missed you too.”
Tonight, there would be no screen between us as I stroked myself while watching her come. I was going to be balls deep inside of her every chance I got.
My mom walked up. “Hello, sweetie. It’s so good to see you again.”
Stacey opened her arms to hug Mom. “You too, Aimee.”
The entire time we ate, I kept one hand somewhere on Stacey. It felt good touching her again, and I knew my two days in Houston were going to go too fast.

“Oh, God. Don’t stop,”Stacey panted.
I picked up my pace as I took her from behind, and didn’t stop until we were both coming.
We both moved, our backs hitting the mattress as we tried to catch our breath. “Do you really have to leave?” she asked as she curled toward me and laid her head on my sweaty chest.
“My brother would kill me if I left the club in his hands.”
“I know, but I’m going to miss you.”
I kissed the top of her head. “I’m going to miss you too.”
“If things work out with the place downtown, will you move here while it’s being renovated?”
“I don’t know,” I replied.
