They’re fucking idiots.

My knuckles burn from the punch, but my rage distracts me from the pain.

What thefuckwas Killian thinking?

The consequences of bringing her here aredire.

But I’m outnumbered.

The moment I saw Dylan’s eyes widen, I knew we were fucked.

He’s taken with her, just like Killian is.

And we can’tfucking afford it.

We risk prison time. We riskeverything, all for an underfed, unwashed slip of a girl.

Granted, her scent is divine, as I expected it to be.

She’s an Omega.

My cock twitched when I saw her, but I’m not surprised.

She’s not special.

And we need to do the right thing.

“Hey.” Dylan’s voice sounds from outside my door. “We need to talk.”

I pinch the bridge of my nose, willing my headache to go away as I open the door. I meet his hardened expression, which no doubt matches mine.

“You scared the shit out of her.” He announces, and my eyes widen in disbelief.

“That’swhat you’re concerned about?” I snap, incredulous. “How about the fact that we’re committing afelony? How about that there’s a fuckingOmegainmyhouse?!”

My younger brother enters my bedroom, shutting the door behind him. “She’s special,” he insists, collapsing onto my desk chair. “We can’t just surrender her. She’s not a lost animal.”

I groan. Of course, he would think she was special. His bleeding heart has gotten him into trouble more than once, but never with an Omega.

“It’s biology,” I insist. “It’s hormones. Youknowthat. And, if we turn her in, you can have access to all ofEden. You can fuck as many Omegas as you want.”

He shakes his head. “She doesn’t want to go.”

“Which is stupid,” I counter. “She’ll have everything she ever wants. They’re treated like royalty there.”

His gaze meets mine, his expression darkening. “Are we sure about that?”

I hold his stare, sensing the accusation.

The subject we never bring up is suddenly brought to the forefront.
