I nod. If only I could relax, but I can’t.
He grips the root of my cock and lowers his face so his lips are a whisper away from my dick. He takes the head of my cock into his mouth. His lashes flutter shut and rest against the tops of his cheeks. His tongue glides over my slit. I moan. My muscles turn to jelly. I flop my head onto the back of the sofa and clench my hands against the cushions. He takes me deeper. His face is beautiful as he slides his mouth up and down my cock. His actions are slow and unhurried. His tongue weaves down my shaft. I shiver and groan.
I’ve had blow jobs before, but somehow this is different. I don’t know why. It just is. It’s wonderful. Kian knows just how to flick his tongue to pleasure me. He knows exactly when to suck harder to make me moan. My balls draw up tight. I gasp and press my fists hard against the cushions.
“Fuck. Kian. I’m going to come.”
He opens his eyes, meets my gaze, and smiles around my cock. The pressure in my groin and balls explodes out of me. He sucks and swallows, making soft moaning noises. His stare doesn’t break from mine, even once I’m spent and panting.
“Oh, God.” I sweep my hand over my face. I can’t catch my breath. “Oh, fuck.”
He releases my cock and chuckles. “That could be arranged if you ever wanted to go that far with a guy.” He uses the back of his hand to wipe a mixture of spit and cum off his chin. “I’m glad you had fun.” He rocks onto his heels. “Are you okay?”
I nod.
“I’m going to get cleaned up.” He stands and leans over me, resting one hand beside my head. “I had fun too.” He closes his eyes and pecks my cheek. The kiss is brief, but his lips linger against my skin for a few heartbeats. He straightens and gives me a smile so big his eyes turn into half moons. “Thank you.”
Then he leaves, and I don’t say a word to stop him.
Chapter6
Kian
Well, that was a prize-winning way of making things awkward. Well done. Way to go. It doesn’t matter. Jett is Rufus’s friend. I lean on the bathroom sink and hunch my shoulders. It does matter. I wanted to help Jett relax and make him smile, and sure, I accomplished both of those things, but did I also wreck our relationship in the process? I sigh. We’ve got to spend another twenty-four hours together. At least. I can make them as non-awkward as possible.
I brush my teeth, taking my time to give Jett time to recuperate and think things through, and then I go downstairs to the kitchen. I pull the washing out of the machine and hang it on a rack in the utility room. With any luck, our clothes will be dry by morning. Until then, we’re stuck with towels. Or togas made of bed sheets. I could go with that fashion statement.
Jett is still in the sitting room. He’s wrapped the towel around his waist but other than that hasn’t moved.
“Hey.”
He looks up, his face flushed red. “Hi.”
Awkward.
“Do you want to watch the rest of the film?” I ask.
He clears his throat. “I was thinking we could watch something safer.”
“Like a kids’ film?”
“That would be perfect.”
“All right.” I pad over to the piles of DVDs I made. “In which case, I’m going to subject you to one of my favourites. I watched this on repeat as a kid. You’ll love it.”
“I’m sure I will.”
I pause my search. His voice is softer than normal. I wouldn’t go so far as to say the grumpy edge is gone, but maybe it’s on the way out. I find the film, put it on, and join him on the sofa.
I laugh my way through the film, sometimes reciting the lines along with the characters. From the corners of my eyes, I catch Jett chuckling and smiling, which warms my heart.
“Do you want to watch another?” I ask when it finishes.
“Sure.”
“Another cartoon?”
“You pick.”
