“This is how I usually am.”

“Not around us, you aren’t.” Cody cocked his right eyebrow up as he gave me a smirk.

My mouth opened to argue but I closed it. He was right. After that second meeting with them, I’d started to feel more comfortable around them than even Felicity.

Cody grinned. “See?” His thumb started to rub my lower lip.

That was dirty. All normal thoughts ran from my mind. Just the small caress had my knees starting to feel weak.

“I don’t plan on it.” His face came closer to mine. “Your bath is ready. Take your shower. I’ll be in the living room with the others. Just say my name if you need anything. I’ll hear it.” His lips were just an inch from mine. He watched my reaction as he was about to brush them to mine.

Wait. The advanced hearing. I knew my whole body paled and Cody noticed because he jerked his head back from mine. If they could hear so well, did that mean Axel had heard me when I had used my vibrator?

“Becca?” Cody cupped my cheeks with his hands. “What is it?”

“Can you even hear if the door is closed?” I whispered in horror.

His brow furrowed but he nodded. “Yes. Why?”

“Oh God!” I moaned as everything turned red now.

“What?” Cody didn’t let me go. “Becca?”

“Axel… heard me.” I looked up at him fighting tears.

“Heard…” He looked confused for a moment before he realized what I meant. I wasn’t expecting his reaction, though. A growl ripped from low in his chest, I could feel the rumble through mine. “He got to hear you?”

I tried to pull his hands away. “Don’t say it so loud! I don’t want the others to hear!” Whispering fervently at him, I tried to look anywhere but him. Why had I told him?!

“Becca.” Authority wrapped around me. He squeezed my cheeks gently. “Look at me.”

Not having a choice, I looked at him again. His expression was fierce but softened as we stared at each other.

“I’m going to kiss you,” he announced. “I’m going to make you forget everything but my name. Alright?”

My head was nodding in consent as my eyes closed before his words really made sense in my brain. He didn’t give me another second to change my mind.

His lips were so soft, plump, and heated as they met mine. His tongue brushed along my lower lip as he pushed for entrance. My body melted into his. He moved his hand from my cheeks. I felt them stroking along my sides.

As his tongue took control, he walked us backward through the bathroom to the edge of the bed. My knees touched it before I was on my back. He grabbed my hands to pull above my head in one of his. The whole time our tongues danced. When he sucked on mine, I couldn’t hold back the moan because it caused heat to pull between my legs within seconds.

“Oh.” I was panting as Cody pulled his lips away to move to my left ear. At the feeling of his hot breath, shudders wracked my body. When he bit down on the lobe, I jerked on my hands in his hold. I wanted to touch him.

“Cody,” I whined out, forgetting about everything but him. “Please.”

He was kissing my collarbone as he moved back up the other side of my neck. “Yes?”

“Kiss me.” I could feel my body shuddering under his kisses.

“As my fair maiden requests.” He claimed my lips again.

I bit his lower lip in retaliation for the teasing. It seemed to turn him on more as he pressed his lower body into mine. He was hard as he grated his hips to meet mine. Lightning hit me. My legs clenched together as I felt my pussy throb.
