Page 90 of Retribution
“Lucas likes pain, just like I enjoy when he uses his teeth while he’s sucking my cock,” Oliver reminds me. “Go slow, use a little lube and patience. Maybe you can knot train him for me.”
My jaw drops even further as I attempt to process that.
“Holy shit,” I say. “Why am I so excited by that?”
“You’re a closet freak, Kitten,” Oliver says easily. “That’s why.”
I have no rejoinder to this statement, leaving Oliver to focus on Lucas.
“Oh shit,” he says. “Sorry, I’m very spacy today.”
“It’s adorable,” Oliver says, his green eyes greedy as he watches him.
It’s safe to say that he definitely missed him too.
“I have been thinking about making Leila an official part of our pack and how specifically to do that.”
“God, you said that without any hesitation,” Oliver says in awe. “Fuck, that’s so damn sexy.”
Lucas squirms and I feel vindicated that I’m not the only one that’s affected by Oliver. The room is full of Lucas’ cedar and orange scent, and I lean against his shoulder as I breathe him in.
“Ah, so I proposed two options to Isolde, and she chose the second. Can you forge Leila’s birth certificate so that it has Isolde’s name on it? Shit, I just realized we don’t have a pack name,” Lucas curses.
“We don’t yet,” Oliver confirms. “We can talk that over at breakfast tomorrow, because I need Isolde and baby snuggles. Then I can do the birth certificate and back date our pack information. This way, we already show up as a pack when I enter Isolde as our omega tomorrow. Families come in so many different packages, no one is going to give a shit that we had a baby together a bit after.”
“That’s right,” I muse. “We don’t necessarily know her birthday, but it feels wrong to fudge the last two months of her life.”
“So we won’t. No one will bat an eye,” Oliver promises. “The name ‘Leila’ also isn’t one that anyone will be looking for either.”
I named her, so he’s right.
I’m usually the calm one, but it’s difficult when it feels like my entire life is changing. There have been many little shifts until now. This is like an earthquake, yet not in a bad way.
Things are just being rearranged to become as they need to be. I suppose that means I’m going to have to adjust.
“I’ll get things rolling though so that once we have the last components decided, I can just input them,” Oliver adds.
“You make it sound so easy,” I say, awed.
“That’s only because I’m very good at what I do,” he says. “Nap well. I miss you.”
“I miss you too,” I murmur.
“Oh!” he exclaims, getting up. It takes a moment, but as he moves, I realize that he was reclined on the couch. Alesso is there too, but Oliver is moving so quickly, I don’t get a chance to say hello. “Lucas is mobilizing an entire crew without ever coming home. That’s some big dick CEO energy if I’ve ever seen it.”
Lucas almost chokes on his own spit as Oliver walks out the door into the backyard. He shivers for a second in the cold in his joggers and hoodie before turning the camera around so I can see what he’s talking about.
“They’re already digging?” I ask, my eyes taking in the scene.
“Mmhmm. They’re going to pour the cement in the morning, and they’ll begin putting the kit together that’s being delivered so they can put each part where it needs to be once it’s dry,” Oliver says.
“Wow,” I say, glancing over at Lucas before mouthing the words ‘thank you’ to him.
The area where the house is being constructed is nearer to the woods, so I can climb if the fancy strikes me. It’ll also be beautiful once plants begin to bloom too.
“You know what they say,” I say, glancing back at the work men who are calling out to each other as they pour the concrete. “Swing your big dick, and they will come.”
Lucas buries his face in my neck as he laughs and Oliver smirks as he turns the camera back around.
