Page 142 of Pretty Broken Wings
“You like to be in control. My brother is too scared to ask for it. So I want you to tie him to the chair and fuck him while I watch.”
My brain takes a second to catch up, and I see Gage’s mouth tighten. I glance down at him, and his pupils are so big that his eyes are almost black. I wonder if mine are the same because the idea of putting Gage fully at my mercy is lighting my entire body up.
Then, it hits me that these two are usually fighting over me. Now… that’s not happening. Why?
I narrow my eyes at Axel. “You got something with watching?”
“Yes,” Axel answers without hesitation. “And listening.”
So that’s it. He gets something out of throwing his brother at me. I shift. “Watching your brother?” I ask, hesitation entering my tone.
“No, little bird.” Axel’s voice lowers, and his gaze burns into mine. “You.”
“Don’t call me that,” I whisper almost automatically.
Axel holds my gaze. “Then what should I call you?”
A bunch of thoughts rush through my head at the same time. I could ask him to call me Celeste. Or Raven. Or any number of things. The power Axel is offering me rolls through my veins, making me feel heady, and I want to test him. See how far he’ll go.
“Nothing. Just leave me alone.” The words feel wrong coming out of my mouth.
“Not gonna happen.”
I glance down at Gage, and he licks his lips, eyes level with my tits, which he tries not to look at. Suddenly, I want to push them in his face. Order him not to touch me and rub my tits all over him. Watch him squirm to obey.
Axel hands me the rope. “What’ll it hurt? One more before you fly off with those pretty, broken wings.”
There’s a moment between us. One where Axel unshutters the typical blank look on his face, and I see the same fear reflected back at me. Axel is afraid, too. Maybe just as much as I am.
Gage speaks up, “You don’t have to-”
“Shhh.” I hold my finger to Gage’s mouth, glancing down at him and shuddering when his lips feather across my skin. Gage stops talking, and it’s the most intoxicating feeling. He’s listening to me. Obeying.
“That’s a good boy.”
Gage’s lashes flutter. The fine lashes that look like they’re frosted over, hooding over his light eyes. He’s into it. He loves it. There’s one final moment of hesitation before I grab the rope. “Put your hands behind your back.”
Gage looks up at me, not doing what I asked. I grab him under the chin, forcing him to look up at me, feeling the strong beat of his heart. I wait for him to tell me no. To tell me to stop.
“Do it. Now.”
Gage swallows against my grip but does as I ask. The chair has no armrests and a wooden back, but Gage is big enough that he has no problem.
“Good.” I step over him so I’m straddling him.
Axel steps behind the chair with rope, grabbing Gage’s wrists. Beneath me, Gage tenses a little.
I arch an eyebrow at him, and immediately, Gage loosens. The power he’s giving me is intoxicating. I suck in a breath, feeling a shiver run down my spine. Then, I wrap my own rope around Gage’s torso. I want him fully under my control, unable to even lean forward.
His broad chest heaves with breath, but he just watches me. “Fuck, Raven…”
“Yes?”
Gage squirms, but Axel is done securing his hands.
“What?”
“God, you’re so…” He struggles for words.
