Kenny
I lie in bed next to Tiegan, mindlessly watching whatever game is on TV.
I just had the best sex of my life, and it was with a coworker.
Am I insane? Probably, but I’m already in this deep so there’s no going back.
The sex was incredible. She is easily the best partner I’ve ever been with.
I’m afraid all I’m going to want is more now that I’ve had a taste of her.
I watch Tiegan as she sleeps, snoring softly.
She really is stunning. The covers are pooled around her waist, giving me a full view of her bare back as she sleeps on her stomach.
I can see the edge of some wording on her rib cage.
I can’t make out what it says in the dark glow of the television, but it looks like handwriting.
I assume it’s a note from a loved one. My eyes roam over her back, noticing the flowers adorning her sides.
Her curves make the stems with the flowers protruding from them.
What some people may consider a flaw, she has turned into permanent, wearable art.
I lightly trace the inky petals with my fingers, and she shivers.
I pull my hand away. I don’t want to wake her, no matter how desperate I am to touch her again.
She stirs and rolls over to face me. She looks so peaceful, but then she opens her tired eyes. “Hey, what time is it?”
“Late. I can’t sleep.”
“Can I suck your magic wand again?”
I startle. She wants to suck my cock again? “Don’t let me be the one to stop you.”
She moves over to me and palms my cock over my boxer briefs. Before I know it, she’s yanking them down and taking my cock in her mouth again. I surrender to pure ecstasy. This girl is gonna be the death of me.
I don’t know when I fall asleep. I wake up to the sun shining through the curtains.
It takes me a minute to get my bearings and remember where I am.
I check my watch—6:52 a.m. Glancing over, I see Tiegan still sound asleep.
The memories from last night come flooding back.
Touching, kissing, pounding that tight cunt with my hard cock.
I get up to use the bathroom, and then I slip out of the room to go outside and smoke. I really need to give these up.
When I come back to the room, Tiegan is getting dressed.
“I thought you might have ditched me,” she says with a mischievous grin.
“No, I just had to get some air.”
“Last night was fun,” she says, coming over and giving me a peck on the lips. “I need to get home, though. My family is probably worried sick that I didn’t come home last night.”
“Yeah, I need to get going too.”
We leave the room and go to the lobby so I can return the room key. Once checked out, I walk Tiegan to her car. We say our goodbyes, and she promises to text when she gets home. I watch her pull away.
When I get back home, Sam is waiting in the living room for me. “I didn’t realize the game night was also a sleepover,” he says when I walk in the door.
I usually tell Sam everything, but I want to keep Tiegan a secret for now. So I lie. “I had a little too good of a time so I just crashed there.”
“I’m glad you’re getting out of the house more. You were starting to annoy me with your melancholia.”
Melancholy? Is that what I’ve been? I thought I’d been hiding my mood better, but Sam has always been able to see right through me, sometimes sensing how I’m feeling before I can even process it myself.
“Yeah, I guess I have been kind of out of it lately. But I’m gonna try and do better. I think things are looking up.”
The following Monday at work, I catch Rex and Jerome at the coffee station nearest our desks.
“Hey, Kenny!” Jerome says. “Thanks a lot for coming to game night on Saturday.”
“Yeah, we were just talking about how much fun that game Tiegan brought was. What was it called? Quiggles? “ Rex adds.
“Quelf,” I reply. “And yeah, thanks for inviting me. I had a blast.”
“Speaking of Tiegan, I saw you two chatting it up for quite a while after you left the house the other night. Y’all looked like you were getting pretty cozy. Anything you want to tell us?” Jerome asks mischievously.
My heart starts to pound out of my chest. What do they know? I’ve got to play this cool. “Nah, just trying to be welcoming to the new faces here, I guess.”
And speak of the devil, because she doth appear. Tiegan rounds the corner, rolling a cart full of coffee supplies. “Hey, fellas! What’s going on here?”
“Hey, Tiegan! We were just talking about you,” Rex says.
“Oh, all bad things, I hope,” she says, giving me a wink.
“We were just talking about how much fun Quelf was,” I interject, hoping to steer the conversation back into safe territory.
“I’m so glad you guys liked it! It was one of my favorite games to play with my friends in college. It just sucks because, as an adult, you don’t get to gather with friends as often to do silly things like play games anymore. Thanks, again, for inviting me, Jerome. I had a great time.”
“Next time we can do it at mine and Tanner’s place. We’ve got plenty of room for hosting,” Rex offers.
“Hell, yeah! I’m always down for a good game night,” Jerome pipes in.
“Sweet! I’ll talk it over with Tanner and get back to you on a few potential dates, but I need to get back to my desk. I’ll catch y’all later.”
“Yeah, I need to get back to work too. These computers aren’t going to fix themselves,” Jerome adds.
Rex and Jerome leave the kitchen, and I’m left alone with Tiegan for the first time since watching her leave the Red Roof Inn.
She steps in a bit closer. “I especially had a good time with you on Saturday.”
I smile. “Yeah, I had an excellent time with you too.”
“We should do it again soon, friend. ”
