Page 131 of Forgive Me, Father

The frank and overpowering smell of Kai’s blood filled my nostrils.

Alfonso helped me pull on my panties and jeans as I stared at whatever was left of Kai.

I killed him, but it was always him or I.And I refused to give up on this life. Not when it finally became so sweet.

My husband swooped me up bridal style and I touched his face gently.

He walked with me up the stairs, looking at me with admiration.Or I think it was what it was.

My lust for him had returned and I feared it was going to be twenty times worse than it was before.

The dungeon doors swung open and Alfonso gave a command to one of the guys.Probably to get Kai’s body out of his dungeon.

He took me back to my room.My parents were gone.My sister was gone.I didn’t feel their presence anymore.I didn’t need them anymore.

I only needed this man.

He entered my room and the door shut behind us.

The bathroom was his final destination. He placed me gently on the toilet and went back to the shower to open the tabs.

He came back and crouched in front of me.

We just stared at each other. Not saying a single word.

He helped me remove my clothes and then he took off his own.

Last was my underwear and then he kissed me fiercely.

He picked me up as he stood up from his crouch and my legs wrapped around his waist.

The water was warm as we finally stood underneath the spray.

He slipped back inside me and pressed me against the tiled wall.

He fucked me slowly, gently.

“I love you, Camilla,” he whispered between kisses.

We had killed my demon, or maybe just fed it.And still, my husband loved me.

“You can love me any way you want, caro marito.”

He stared at me in shock.“Italian, little runaway?”

“I wanted to surprise you,” I say before kissing him.“It’s not much but Nico’s mom was working with me before...”

Tears filled my eyes, and he kissed them away.I needed the pain.It was all I knew and Alfonso was the best and bestowing it.

“I want to go to the dungeon.”

He stared at me, and his eyes were wild.Lighter than a forest.

I knew tonight satiated his demon.I gave him a feast. My husband was back to his normal self.“Are you sure?”

I nodded.

For some reason, I knew that what had happened to me, as horrible as it was, and as sick as this might sound, there was a silver lining to all of this.

I finally became my husband’s true match. We finally fit.
