Page 159 of Claiming the Pack's Omega
“Fuck, I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have just collapsed onto you! Are your stitches okay?” I ask, rolling off of him and propping myself up on my elbows.
“I’m doing just fine," he says, wiping the bottom half of his face with his hand, emphasizing his sharp jaw as he shoots me a devilish smirk.
I swear, I feel as light as a cloud right now. It’s crazy.
I guess orgasms will do that to you.
Especially multiple.
Back to back.
I’m covered by a damp sheen of sweat and I’m really glad I’m not wearing any makeup, because I probably would’ve cried it off after the third orgasm.
I didn’t even know it was possible for me to have multiple orgasms like that. I wasn’t lying when I said I’d never had anorgasm with an alpha before. None of my previous clients ever cared and Nate was never attentive enough to make it happen.
Stone, on the other hand?
He ate my pussy with a single minded focus. That single minded focus being my pleasure.
“How are you doing?” He murmurs, rolling over to his side and brushing away some of my hair from my face.
“Good,” I nod. “A little scatterbrained. I don’t think my brain can work anymore.”
“That means I did my job properly,” he says with a self-satisfied smile.
My breath is a little shaky as I inhale. I can’t help but feel an external pressure to return the favor. And I’d love to. I’d really love to. But I’d much rather just jump into it instead of having this weird interlude where I owe him.
“Do you—do you want me to, you know, help you out too?”
The grin that he flashes at me is almost a little sad. I can see the tightness around his eyes.
“No, Wildflower.”
“Wh—what?” I blink at him in shock.
No?
I’ve never had an alpha say no to me like that.
Hell, I’ve had quite a few alphas do insane shit to try and get me to say yes.
I don’t think I know what to do with a no.
“Hey, take a breath," he says, his hand coming up to cup my cheek. His calloused thumb traces soothing lines along my jaw. “Maybe next time, but I want this time to be all about you. You deserve something where the focus is all on you from time to time.”
“But—but I haven’t earned that,” I whisper, my voice hoarse. “I—I haven’t even shown you what I can offer you in exchange.”
“See, it’s exactly that.” He sighs softly as his jaw clenches. “You don’t have to do anything to earn being taken care of. You deserve that. Without having to do anything for it.”
My brows draw down and I feel the burn of tears behind my eyes. I quickly try to blink the feeling away. Crying like this, after he ate me out until I came on his face multiple times, while still not wearing any pants, would be embarrassing as hell.
But the words he’s saying almost seem like they’re too good to be true. They seem like a fairytale. This entire situation with the Graylock Pack feels like a fairytale. I can’t help but worry about when the other shoe is going to drop and shatter the fragile hope I’ve started piecing together.
His gaze darts between my eyes like he’s trying to gauge how much I believe him.
The answer is not a lot, but he must see the fact that I want to. Desperately. There’s a part of me that’s clinging to the hope his words have sparked in my chest.
He nods slowly.
