Page 121 of Brutal Little Secrets
“My dad wants to have dinner tonight.” Damon plays with my fingers.
My head is on Hawk’s stomach. His fingers stroke my hair. Cam has my feet in his lap. I turn to meet Damon’s gaze. I should work on something, but I don’t want to move from this spot. Ever.
“Want me to join you?”
He smirks. “Of course.”
He sets my hand on his tight abs. I can’t wait to explore each of their cut bodies slowly. Without any distractions from the others. My phone beeps, and I want to ignore it, but I know I can’t. It’s already late.
I roll over, grab my phone from the nightstand, and shut off the alarm.
“Keira won’t be at practice today.” I frown. “She’s feeling better, but her dad and mom want her to stay home.”
“Not a problem.” Hawk rubs my back. “I’ll be there if you need help getting people into line.”
I roll toward him and kiss him because I can. His smile when I draw away is everything I need.
“I need to get home.” I don’t want to, but I need to.
Damon climbs off the bed and tosses my clothes from last night onto the bed next to me.
“Is this going to be the walk of shame?” I arch an eyebrow his way.
“If you want to walk, little devil, you can, but I have the car here.” Damon smirks.
I shake my head and get dressed. Cam hasn’t moved so I lean over and kiss him.
“We’re studying tonight?” I lower my head slightly and narrow my eyes.
Cam chuckles. “What else am I supposed to do? There are no parties.”
“Good.” I kiss him again and meet Hawk’s gaze. “See you in a few hours?”
“Wouldn’t miss it.” Hawk winks.
“Maybe you should ride with Hawk to rehearsal.” Damon catches my hip and draws me into him. “That way we’ve got you from door to door.”
“What would I say to Chase?” I haven’t gotten any texts from Chase. But if he’s in trouble, he might not be able to text me.
“Tell him the truth.” Damon tips my chin up and gives me a cocky grin. “That you’re fucking Hawk, Cam, and me, and it’s the best sex of your life.”
“Half of that statement is true, but can I really say it’s the best if it’s the only sex I’ve had?” I give him my best innocent look. “I should really gather more data points before making that determination.”
He growls, and shivers race through me.
“You better go before Damon feels the need to provide proof.” Hawk shakes his head.
I tap my finger on my lip like I’m trying to decide. “I do have to go…”
“Come on, little devil.” Damon takes my hand, and I let him drag me out of Hawk’s house.
We park in the garage and take the backstairs up to our rooms. Damon gives me a searing kiss before smacking my ass and heading down to workout. I take a shower and when I get out, I touch all the marks they left on my body last night.
There’s one on my neck I’m going to need a lot of makeup to cover up. Part of me doesn’t want to. Doesn’t care who sees it. But even though we know a little of why Chase wants me, it doesn’t explain the college list we found.
After I get dressed and settled at my desk, there’s a knock. I set my planner down and open the door.
Mom stands there. Her fingers on her necklace as she stares down the hallway.
