Story: The Vampire Oracle
Briar’s phone went off nearby, making us pull apart.
I let out a groan.
“I wasn’t going to fuck you anyways, to prove a point. You’re going to be beautiful to me one armed, wrapped around me, and you’re going to be beautiful when I push my cock into you.”
My thighs shook around his waist.
He smirked a bit—Briar smirked at me. And slowly, he carried me out of the creak, not letting me down until we went back to the rock.
He had to redial the number. “Yep? Done? Yeah, we will be back in a bit. Bye.”
I rolled my eyes. Of course, Kier knew I had gone with him. He wasn’t even too worried about me leaving.
Briar took off my wet bra, letting it drop to the ground. His eyes locked on my eyes as he helped me put on my shirt and then the same with the bottoms. Not once did he make it sexual, yet he kept telling me how gorgeous I was, all while looking at my face.
“Are you ready?” he asked, putting on his dry clothes.
I looked back at the waterfall. Part of me didn’t want to go. It was peaceful here, no stress about having to deal with the looks at me.
“One more minute?” I asked, looking up at him.
Briar nodded, sitting with me. We sat in silence for the next few minutes, listening to the sound of the water rushing down the creek. It was beautiful here, a place that I never knew existed. Ashbourne didn’t have places like this.
With a sigh, I stood. “I’m ready.”

I watched Sal sitting on the table in the room that Cozen changed into a work area for now. We gave them space as he sized her arm for fitting.
“Where were you guys?” Osiris asked, arms crossed.
I shrugged. “Drove around because Kier wanted to make her leave.”
Kier rolled his eyes at me. “I was right though. Her arm was dead weight.”
“Of course it was,” I snapped. “It doesn’t work but hurts. You had no right to do what you did. You took it too far.”
He scoffed. “She’s fine.”
“Now she is. If you are going to do reckless shit, at least tell us beforehand.”
“As much as I’m confused that Briar is on her side,” my twin started. “He’s right.”
“He fucked her, that’s why,” Kier muttered.
Osiris glared, obviously jealous even though it wasn’t true.
“In the car? Same,” Beck smirked, earning my glare. He did it in my car… without me? He held up his hand for a high five, but I slapped his forehead, pretending to just miss his palm.
“I didn’t fuck her. We talked, and that was it.” I stated.
“And you’re hung up on her?” Kier scoffed.
“So are you,” Abel snapped. “We can see the cameras too and how you basically made out with her before fucking up her arm.”
Kier waved him away.
