Story: The ShadowHunter

Then Geryon’s lips were upon hers again. This kiss held more passion, more need as he panted into her mouth.

There was a level of shock she couldn’t keep from her features. Sometimes, even Valerie couldn’t hide what she felt, not such a sharp spike of emotion. Her eyes widened at the clench in her heart.

He plans to keep me... for a hundred years? To play this game? The one where she was his prisoner, a plaything? To touch her with his hands and mouth like this?To be intimate with me?

Valerie didn’t know what he felt for her. Yes, she desired him, and that was from where her tiny piece of affection had grown. But all he wants from me is my body.

Her heartbeat sped up in a terrifying mix of emotions.

He plans to keep me, like... like... some sort of perverted sex slave? That was not something she wanted.

He released one of her hands so he could begin lifting the skirt of her dress. It took her longer than it should have to respond, but his lips against the sensitive skin of her throat while he sucked were just so damn distracting.

“Wait.” He didn’t.

He brought her skirts up higher, his lips trailing lower to flutter against her chest. It was only when his palm touched the skin of her outer thigh did she finally remember that damn word she always managed to forget.

“No.”

He stopped completely, immediately, his eyes moving from the flushed skin of her chest to meet hers.

“No?” His tongue darted out, like he couldn’t help himself from taking one last taste before he pulled away. He removed his hand from under her dress so that he could be on his hands and knees above her, caging her in, his nose only inches from hers. “Why not?”

He was huffing, his cheeks pink, like he was flushed with arousal. Geryon was turned on, and he had no shame about revealing so. Her eyes darted down for just a second before they came back up; she managed to catch that thick erection bulging tightly against his trousers.

“I do not have to give you a reason.”

His lips thinned.

“This is true.”

He brought one hand forward and brushed it over the side of her face softly. It was a caress, a touch of affection one would usually do to a lover. Why did he touch me so gently?

“But I can scent that you are turned on.” His eyes trailed down her body, to what she guessed was the redness across her chest, her hardened nipples tight against her thin dress. “I can see it.”

“My body may want something, but my mind might be averse to the idea.”

He rolled his eyes at her words. “Humans and Witches are so strange. Dragonkind do what we want and think later.”

That was because, deep down inside, they were truly a creature. They thought with instinct. Even though her family hadn’t seen one in centuries, their temperament wasn’t unknown.

Sex came easy to Dragons. When they desired another, they were generally demanding with it.

She lifted her head higher to bring herself closer, refusing to show any of her hesitancy or fear – even if she felt a little of both. “You must not have wanted me when you first discovered what I am.”

His lips thinned once more.

“Well, yes.” His grin was quick to brighten his handsome features again. “But I desire you now that I know you are not despicable like dark Witches. You also cannot harm me with your magic, which was what made me apprehensive.”

She let her head fall back, exasperated. “Your mind was still averse to it, though.”

“You were not this against me in the palace. Is it because you know what I am?” He pulled back to sit on his heels, finally releasing her other hand. Then he had the audacity to pout like a child and turn his head away, grumbling. “I had hoped since you knew I was a Dragon you might take me in that form. I have never done so with something human shaped.”

“No, it is not because you are... a...” Valerie trailed off, fully registering what he said.

He wanted to have sex with me as a Dragon? She started to crawl out from beneath him.Someone help me, for I am in danger with this male!

The fact that he was even considering it meant he was clearly unhinged.
