Page 46 of Worth the Risk
Oh…
The picture was starting to get clearer for him.
“What did he say?” Gregory prompted, pushing Keith along with the silent information Justin had just provided him.
“It was mostly what he asked.” Keith folded the label from his bottle and set it on the table next to the wrappers the steak had been in.
“Tell me.”
“He.” Keith cleared his throat. “He asked if I wanted to be theirs.”
Gregory’s eyes shot up over Keith’s head again and found Justin boring holes into the back of Keith’s skull. His eyes were laser-focused and his thumb stroked a path across the top of Micah’s hand.
“Do you?” Gregory flipped the steaks.
“I think so. It seems complicated.”
“Do you want me to explain it?” Gregory poked at one of the steaks in the front and pulled it off the heat. Aaron always liked his bloody rare.
“Yeah,” Keith said, his voice scratchy.
“Justin is a Dom, yeah? He owns Micah.” Gregory held up two fingers on his left hand, then one finger on his right hand. “You don’t have a Dom, but you’re a sub.”
Gregory pushed his single finger against the two of his left hand so the pads of all three connected.
“You’re more submissive than Micah, that I know. So my guess would be, if this is something you got involved it, you’d maybe sub for them both? But obviously Justin would always be in charge of both of you.”
“Oh,” Keith croaked.
“That’s just my assumption.” Gregory glanced over Keith’s head again and Justin nodded, indicating his little finger puppet show had been spot on.
“I know this is all new to you, but I think it could be a really good thing for you to try. Micah can help teach you things.”
Gregory dumped two steaks onto plates and dropped a potato onto each one. He put a fork and a knife on each one and handed them to Keith, who took them without question becauseof course he did.
Gregory was almost jealous of what Justin had stumbled into, but he quickly remembered how easily the titleSirhad rolled off Landon’s tongue and the envy had passed.
“You enjoyed yourself on Sunday, right?” Gregory pushed.
“A lot.” Keith looked up at him, wide eyed.
“Then go take your Master and his boy their dinner.” Gregory tipped his head toward the table. Keith chewed his lip between his teeth and hesitated.
“What if I mess up or do something wrong? I do want them to like me.”
Keith was adorable in his innocence.
“The best advice I can offer you, Keith, is do what feels natural.”
Keith swallowed and nodded, his lips parting into a small smile. “I can do that.”
“I know. Now, go.” Gregory pulled the remaining two steaks and potatoes off the grill and picked up the plates.
Keith walked in front of him, only tripping once, then put a plate in front of Justin and a plate in front of Micah before he lowered himself onto the ground between their chairs. Justin’s eyes flared and Micah smiled so wide, his teeth lit up the yard with their brightness.
Gregory set a plate in front of Aaron, and one at his seat, then set the third between Justin and Micah.
“For your boy?” he questioned.
