“Ryan said you’re comfy, and you look warm,” Micah stated. “So I’m sitting on you until I warm up.” Then he draped the blanket over us both.
Resigned to my fate, I wrapped an arm around his middle to steady him.
Micah settled and rested against my chest. “Is that a banana in your pocket, or are you happy to see me?”
I snorted. “How well does your cock behave when somebody’s grinding their ass against it?”
“Don’t know,” he chuckled. “I’m always the one doing the grinding.”
“How often do men not get hard when you’re grinding on them then?” I asked.
He snickered. “One-hundred percent success rate.”
I laughed. “So you got all squirmy on my lap on purpose.”
“Maybe…” he teased. Then he went soft against me as he relaxed. “But you really did look warm and comfy.”
I hummed and found one of his hands under the blanket. I rested my fingers atop his, noting how chill his skin was. “You really are cold.”
He nodded. “Yeah.”
“Want me to make you some hot chocolate? I make a mean hot chocolate.”
He shook his head. “No. This is… nice.”
I smiled and took a deep breath, savoring his soft scent. “Is this why you left Chicago? Tired of winter weather there?”
He shook his head. “Ryan didn’t tell you?”
I blinked. “Tell me what?”
“Why I moved here.”
“No.”
He closed his eyes. “Wonder why…” he mused.
I rubbed his side with the hand supporting him. “Probably because it’s your story to tell.”
“Hmm… he does seem considerate like that.”
“He is.”
Micah let out a contented sigh.
“Comfortable?” I asked.
“Mm-hmm.” He paused, then spoke softly. “I like cuddling, but I’ve been with alphas who are just interested in their knot popping too many times to count.”
“Sounds like they’re not for you then.”
He chuckled. “Probably not. But…” He let out a long breath. “I don’t do well in long-term relationships, and cuddling is for partners, not hookups.”
“Just not found the right alpha?”
He licked his lips. “I… drive them away.”
“How? You’re flirty, but you seem like a pretty ok man.”
