“In your plan to take her yourselves,” Talon spoke up. “Were you going to drive and escort her there?”
“No, they would see us,” I said. “We were gonna allow her to drive a vehicle then tail her on our bikes.”
“A lot of things could go wrong with that,” Liv commented.
“Maybe, but what else can we do?” Liberty replied. “We can’t be with her in a vehicle, can we?”
“No,” Talon said. “But with this plan you would have been spotted. Especially on bikes. They know we have the Rebel Saints MC working with us.”
“Unless they are just regular drug dealers,” Liv said. “But I kinda doubt it.”
“So, how do we do this?” Scarlet asked.
“You, alone in a vehicle,” Liv said. “A tracking device on you and said vehicle.”
“No, she is not going alone,” I stated.
“I have to,” Scarlet said. “They cannot see any of you.”
“I can’t just…” I shook my head.
“We all have to stay back,” Liv said.
“Then what?” Liberty finally spoke up.
“First, she has to stop at her bank,” Talon informed us. “Get the money, then drive over to her mother’s place. She gets the call, then calls us on her cell to tell us where she’s going. We all head that way and keep back enough to not be seen.”
“Then?” I asked. “She meets them all by herself?”
“Those are the instructions, and we need to keep to that.” Liv nodded her head.
“Easy for you to say.” I felt frustrated here. “What if I hide in her backseat or something?”
“Too chancy,” Liv replied. “They could easily see you.”
“Look, I know this is hard and I sure as hell don’t want a repeat of...” Talon’s voice faded away.
“Of Jewel?” I asked. “That’s why I don’t like this. You all had her tagged too. A lot of good it did her.”
“I hardly think they will pull Scarlet into a trash bin to an underground lair,” Liv stated.
“Oh, really?” I exclaimed. “All of you said you wouldn’t put anything past this Deacon piece of shit.”
They all stared at me.
“You came to us for a plan,” Talon replied. “This is the only one that might work.”
Liv nodded. “Keep her tracked but until we actually see Belle, we can’t move in.”
“But we will be hidden as best as we can,” Talon added. “And all of us will have GPS on the trackers.”
“Do we have a vehicle where we could have a trunk, but cut out a space for me to get out into the car?” I asked.
They all stared at me.
I crossed my arms over my chest. “We do that. I will not let her go alone.”
“We could, I suppose,” Talon replied after a long, silent minute.
