“Don’t cuss. I told you not to use that kind of language.”
“I don’t care right now,” I say. “I just need to know that my family is safe.”
“Then you shouldn’t have stormed in there and shot your uncle.”
“I know it’s my fault, all right? I know. But help me. You’re my husband. I agreed to marry you because I thought you could protect my entire family as well. You told me I made you proud last night at the party. So make me proud now. Do this for me.”
He walks around his desk and stands before me, not touching. I can feel the power emanating from him. “I know you’re worried right now but that does not give you the excuse to talk to me this way. Lean over my desk.”
My spine turns rigid. “What?”
“Don’t question me. Lean over my desk. Ass in the air.”
He’s going to spank me again. For cussing. For talking back to him. I thought I was allowed agency but it’s becoming more and more obvious to me that Mikhail wants complete control and I’m expected to fall in line.
A huge part of me needs this. Needs to be punished to know I’m forgiven. I need his commanding words. I need his power.
But I also have my own mind and I can’t lose it to him. I can’t lose it to anybody.
“No,” I say. “Not right now. Help me with this first.”
His lips quirk. “That’s not how this works, baby. Lean over the desk. You’ll feel better. Trust me.” His fingers skim my cheek and I can’t help but lean into his touch. “You need this.”
More tears escape me. How does he do this to me?
With shaky legs, I walk over to the desk and press my stomach into it.
Mikhail stands behind me. His presence is so strong and tough and known. I would be able to sense him anywhere, even if it wasn’t in the same room as him.
He flips my dress over my back and rips my panties down in one smooth motion. I can’t help but gasp. My backside is still sore from the spanking he gave me yesterday. It’s still hard to sit down. This is going to only make it harder.
He rests his hand on my left cheek for a second. I hold my breath. I hate this but I need this.
His hand leaves my backside and there’s an inhale of breath between the both of us right before he brings his hand back down.
I yelp from the sudden impact. It’s lot more hard than it was the first time he spanked me. I grip the desk to steady myself but I only end up knocking over papers in the process.
“Stay still,” he commands, spanking me again. The sound is more vulgar in his office than it was in our bedroom. There’s no hiding in here, under the brighter light.
“I’m sorry,” I sob as he continues to spank me over and over and over again. The pain is becoming unbearable. “I’m sorry. I just need to see my family.”
“And I need you to trust me to handle this.” Spank. “You need to learn to let go.” Spank. “I thought you knew how but you’ve disappointed me this morning, baby.” Spank.
I keep crying as he keeps spanking me. The pain of this is going to last longer than just physical scars. It’s going to leave a pain in my chest until Mikhail forgives me. Until I can forgive myself for what I did to my family. They’re in more danger now because of me. The guilt is eating away at my mind.
“Don’t cuss,” he says, slapping my backside in quick succession. “Can you do that for me?”
“Yes,” I sob, pressing my cheek hard against the desk. It’s cool and helps put out the flames inside of me.
“Good.” A hard spank that makes me gasp. “I need you to trust me. Can you do that?”
“Yes.”
His hand is relentless. “Good. Now, I’m going to spank you once more and then you’re forgiven. But you need to change your attitude. No coming into my office and making demands of me. I know what’s best. I know how to take care of you. I saved you from marrying Antoni, didn’t I?”
“Yes,” I admit.
“Good.” He stands back and lifts his hand and I brace myself. The last slap is the worst. My backside is already sore and bruised and red. It can’t take anymore.
