Page 129 of C is for Comfort

It’s been two weeks since Archie moved out. Blake and I handed the keys to the house back today, and Lexi and I moved our things into the cottage. Aaron helped by ferrying our things from house to house in his van, just as he promised. Luckily, we’ve managed to time moving with the start of the summer holidays. We’ll be able to spend the next few days unpacking and making the house a home. Blake moved in with Calvin and Gabe last week, and they seem to be settled too.

It’s Friday night and time for one of Hamish’s kink parties. With a twist. For us, it began an hour earlier than normal with Archie and Hamish’s collaring ceremony.

“That was beautiful!” Blake says, practically bouncing up to Archie once the ceremony has concluded.

“It was,” I agree.

Truly, truly beautiful. It’s not the sort of thing I’d want to do, but it was perfect for Archie and Hamish.

I stare at Hamish as menacingly as I can. “We’ll make you stick to your promise, you know.”

During the ceremony, he swore to always keep Archie safe, among other things.

Hamish chuckles. “I know.”

“He means it,” Archie says. “Mess with one of the ABC triplets, and you mess with us all.”

“I wish you wouldn’t keep calling us that,” Blake says. “You know I hate it.”

“We all do,” I agree.

“So why use it?” Hamish asks.

Archie shrugs. “Habit, I guess? We got called it so often that it stuck, even though we didn’t like it.”

Blake tips his head to the side. “So are you sort of our brother-in-law now?”

“If you want to think of me that way,” Hamish replies.

“You’re family now,” Blake says. “That’s good enough for me.”

Typical Blake, big-hearted as always. I love him so much. I love Archie too. We’ll always be the ABC triplets.

“You realise one ofyouis going to have to give Mum and Dad a ceremony theycanattend,” Archie says playfully.

“Don’t look at me,” Blake says.

Unsurprisingly, everyone looks at me.

“Maybe, one day.” I look over my shoulder at Spence.

Just the sight of him brings a smile to my lips. He looks gorgeous in a pair of black tailored trousers, a white shirt and black tie, and a wet-look leather jacket. He’ll look even more wonderful later when he takes everything off. Right now, I’m only wearing a leather harness and jeans. My feet are bare, and I hope the rest of me will be soon too.

I return my attention to the others, just as Hamish is whispering in Archie’s ear. I’m not sure what they’re saying, but it’s clear from their body language that they want to leave.

“Go,” I say. “Have fun.”

I don’t blame them for wanting to enjoy each other privately tonight.

“Okay,” Archie replies excitedly. “Let’s go.”

“Thank you for coming,” Hamish says. “Calvin, would you mind acting as host for the evening?”

“It would be my pleasure,” Calvin says with a grin.

He, Gabe, and Spence are standing a short distance away, giving us space while Blake and I gush over Archie.

Hamish wraps his arm around Archie’s shoulders. “Now, if you’ll excise us, my sub and I have something special to do.”
