Ours Later

No one dreams of moving out and going to school while living in their car, but it’s the only way to get out from under my mother’s thumb. She wants to control me, mold me into being the perfect little omega, even at the cost of my own mind.
I just want to be myself, learn who I am without her influence. It’s not a phase, and I’m not being selfish, despite what she thinks of me.
