“Fucking asshole,” Meadow curses as she looks at her phone.
“They aren’t real, he used AI,” I tell her.
“Who used AI?” Sam asks.
“Josh seems to have leaked AI-generated nudes of Harper onto the internet,” Meadow explains to the crew.
“What the fuck? I’m going to kill him. Harper, I’m going to murder him,” Sam screams.
“I’ll fucking help,” Nate adds.
“You two aren’t going anywhere. This is what this little worm wants, for you to go over there, guns blazing,” Camryn warns them.
“I’m not going to stand by and let this creep fuck with my sister. He doesn’t get to do this to her,” Sam yells.
“Jackson is working on getting them removed from the internet. I’ve sent a message to my lawyer, and he’s dealing it,” I tell them.
“We need to call the police,” Sam demands.
“Okay.”
My brother seems surprised but picks up his phone and makes a call.
“He chose today of all days to fuck with me. Felix is going to lose his mind, and he is playing LA, he doesn’t need this, not today.” I cry to my friends.
“I’ll call Issy,” Meadow says and walks away.
“I can’t go there today. I can’t,” I tell Camryn and Kimmy as I burst into tears.
“He’s going to understand, I promise you,” Kimmy says, trying to reassure me.
“Why is he doing this to me?”
“He has a screw loose, that’s why,” Camryn adds.
“You don’t deserve this, babe. But you have so many people around you that are going to help defend you,” Kimmy states.
It’s been hours. I’ve never felt humiliation like this before. Meadow has been fielding calls from our clients not happy about seeing their PR person in the nude. Then I had to deal with my parents and Mom being slightly hysterical. Thankfully, they were here when the police arrived and are demanding the full force of the law for this. The police told them that it will be hard to bring Josh to justice, that yes, there are revenge porn laws in New York, but getting someone prosecuted or even enough evidence to bring it to trial is hard. That felt like a kick in the teeth.
“Do you mind if I turn the game on?” Sam asks quietly.
“Sure,” I answer hoarsely, my voice going from all the crying I’ve been doing.
“It’s started,” Sam says.
I stand there watching in frozen silence as Felix glides over the ice, and the next thing I know, I’m screaming.

It’s a physical game, I wouldn’t expect anything less from my old teammates.

“Head in the game, Felix,” Captain yells at me as I miss a pass.
I go after the puck, skate down Stephen, and slam him into the barriers, which makes the crowd go wild. “You can keep Cyn, I’ve found better.” I smirk as I continue skating past him.
