Story: His Kidnapped Bride
"Hello sir, I am Sunaina, and I am a college friend of Jagdish. or, I say, more than a friend."
"Look, whoever you are, I don't care what you are telling me on the phone. My son Jagdish's marriage has been fixed with my friend's daughter, and I don't care what was between you and Jagdish?."
"I am pregnant, and this is Jagdish's baby. The way Jagdish cheated me, I also did not want to keep his child with me, but my life is in danger by getting this child aborted. I cannot die leaving my family for Jagdish. Now you people have only two options:either give your name to this child in your way, or else I will tell everything to my brother and make you people stand in front of the media. Choice is yours."
For a while, there was no sound at all from the other side of the phone. Sunaina, too, is very calmly waiting for him to speak, as she knows that whatever she has said, it will definitely work because she knows Prakash can't spoil his family name easily in the media, and as a grandfather, he definitely loves his grandson. Prakash says.
"Such matters are not discussed on the phone, young girl. I and Jagdish are coming to your house. So wherever you are, reach your home. If Jagdish is the father of this child, then it is very important for him to thoroughly discuss all these things with you. You are going to become a mother. In such a situation, it is not right for you to go out like this. I am reaching your house with Jagdish as soon as possible. What is your address?"
*************
While jumping in excitement, Mrityunjay comes home and sees two or three vehicles in front of his house. He is currently in school uniform and gets a little angry when he sees the vehicles and murmurs.
"Pakhi doesn't like visitors; why the hell does Papa invite so many people? I should ask him."
As he proceeds to go inside, he sees a very blue-armed man around his house. The little child gets scared of seeing the armed men standing there. He is afraid of every little thing; he is not Mafia King Mrityunjay; he is an innocent child who is far away from the reality of this cruel world, and when he sees the weapon with those people who already look very scary, he gets scared even more.
Immediately, the sound of loud music scares him; he jumps lightly on his spot because of such a sudden, loud voice. No one has seen him yet. He immediately goes to the window and looks inside to see what is happening in his house. Because at least he knows he has never seen these people before who come in big cars.
But his eyes widen as his father lies on the ground covered in blood, and at the same time, his mother also falls to the ground with a force close to his father. Not a single word could come out of that child's mouth. Soon, his grandparents will also be on the ground with them both. They are all covered in blood, which is a very life-taking scene for a 10-year-old kid.
"P…. Pa… ma…."
He feels as if he has no tongue in his mouth or that his tongue is suddenly paralyzed. Neither his hands nor his feet are moving. Nor does he have the courage to go ahead and help his parents, who are on the floor covered in blood; he doesn't even know if they are alive or not. He can only see his family covered in blood with tearful eyes.
Mrityunjay immediately looks at the man who shot his family. He still holds the gun in his hands and has a smile on his face. Mritunjay recognizes him in two seconds as the same man whose photo his aunt had shown him a few days prior.
"Ja...g…di…sh… un…cle…."
As soon as he remembers his aunt, he tries to find her there, but he cannot understand what to do as he feels that his brain has suddenly stopped working. Then suddenly his aunt comes there and sees her family covered in blood in front before she could do anything or look at the person. The man hit his aunt's headwith a gun, causing her to fall to the ground while holding her bleeding head, and then, without wasting a second, he started kicking her stomach.
"Jagdish, stop. Jagdish. This is our baby."
Tears start flowing from Mritunjay's eyes as he is unable to do anything. He is only looking at the man with his blurry eyes who is absolutely mad at his aunt and hits her till she turns unconscious.
Seeing the whole family lying on the ground, he takes out a cigarette from his pocket and puts it on his lips. Another man sitting nearby, whose face was not yet clear to Mrityunjay, and he was sitting comfortably and enjoying the sight there, gets up and immediately lights his cigarette by lighting the lighter, still his only back facing him. Jagdish puffs a strong puff and says,.
"Set this house on fire; the whole matter should be like an accident and fill the police's mouth with so much money that no investigation can be done in this case. No one is defying whatever I decide."
Everyone is preparing to burn that house, and Mrityunjay is unable to do anything except cry because his body does not dare to get up from there and run anywhere and seek help. Soon the house is set on fire, and one by one they are leaving. Mrityunjay's eyes are fixed only on Jagdish. He keeps staring at him until he is completely out of his sight, and as it is at the same time, it seems to him that he should do something.
"He…lp…. Help somebody, please."
But no one can hear the cries of the little innocent child, who is hardly able to scream after seeing the heart-wrenching murder of his family. It is afternoon on a hot summer day. Everyoneis resting in their homes, and not many houses are around his house; it is a short distance away, due to which the house is on fire. No one knows that when he does not get any help from anyone, he enters through the same window.
"Papa….papa…. Mumma…."
But no one is there to answer the child's words. He looks everywhere with frightened eyes, just trying to see how he can help someone, but he is so helpless that he can't do anything except cry. Suddenly, something strikes him.
"Pakhi…Pakhi…."
Mrityunjay immediately rushes to his parents' bedroom, where Pakhi will be sleeping. As soon as he opens that room, it is already filled with smoke, and that innocent girl is crying with all the strength she has inside her. But because of the loud music playing in the house, her voice was suppressed.
"Pakhi... Pakhi... Your brother... is here."
Pakhi is crying a lot. Mrityunjay immediately takes her in his arms and tries to get out of the room by the window again. But the fire at the window has increased too much; the flames now frighten him badly. He hides her tightly in his arms because he is worried about his sister too much. He does not know what the condition of his parents is at this time, but he is very scared and calls his hero loudly to help them.
"Papa….papa…"
