My body was suckered in by the feel of him between my thighs and a desperate ache to put my arms around him in the hug I’d spent twelve months imagining.
He was so warm.
I caved in to my basic desires and wrapped my arms around his middle, pressing my hands to his abs.
Oh, sweet baby Jesus. His stomach was a washboard.
I supposed there wasn’t much else to do in prison besides work out, and he’d told me often that he worked out hard because it kept his head in a good place.
But even my imagination hadn’t been able to accurately portray exactly how ripped Levi was.
The real thing was so much better.
A grumble rolled through him, one that I might have taken as satisfaction if I was deluded enough to let myself think this man might have actually wanted me touching him.
Instead, I convinced myself it had just been the vibrations of the bike.
But I didn’t imagine the way his hand came to rest over mine, holding them in place on his stomach while the bike slowly rolled forward beneath us.
He kept his hand there as we cruised along the road at maybe five miles an hour, him steering side to side a little, giving me a chance to get used to the feel of the bike.
Or maybe him getting used to how it felt to have me on the back of it.
My heart raced, adrenaline filling me as he gradually increased the speed.
He returned his fingers to the handlebars and I mourned the loss of his hand wrapped around mine. He took the first corner, and I squealed, instinctively clutching him closer and molding my body to his, this time because I didn’t want to fall off.
“You doing okay back there?” he shouted.
I had no idea whether I was or not. Part of me was terrified.
Part of me was getting off on touching him.
God, I was messed up in the head. I’d had another man between my thighs just hours ago, and yet here I was, lusting over Levi, vaguely wondering if it would be possible for him to bend me over this bike and do a whole different sort of riding.
My face grew hot, and I suddenly wished I had a full-face helmet. I really hoped my entire body wasn’t as on fire as my cheeks were, and that Levi couldn’t notice my sudden rise in temperature through his jacket.
He picked up speed when we got out onto the main roads, and all too quickly, we were pulling into the Psychos’ parking lot, the clown logo staring down at us with her sharp teeth but somewhat feminine eyelashes.
She was definitely a girl clown. Almost pretty in the daylight. If terrifyingly pretty was a thing.
With the bike at a standstill, Levi tapped my fingers, still plastered to his abs. “You okay?”
I realized I was still holding on to him like a koala and abruptly dropped my hands. “Shit. Of course. Yes.Thanks for the ride.” I scrambled to get off, glad the parking lot was empty so nobody could see how ungraceful I was trying to get both feet back on solid ground, when all my body wanted was to be back pressed against him, the rumble of his bike traveling through my core.
Why was I thinking about him bending me over that bike again?
Jesus, my pussy had a couple of orgasms, and suddenly I was horny twenty-four seven. Fabulous. Maybe someone could have warned me of that before I started messing around with men. I guess that’s what I got for not having any sisters or female friends.
I pulled the helmet off, hoping he’d put my probably pink cheeks down to windburn. “Here. Thanks for the ride. See you later.”
He took the helmet, but instead of nodding and then taking off in a roar of engine fumes and kicked-up gravel, he turned off the bike. “How about I help you today?”
I stopped on my way to the door. “Help me with what? I’m working.”
“With your work.”
I squinted at him. “I’m about to go clean toilets at a dive bar.”
