I grinned. “Then you’d better take one off the horse, unroll it, and get on all fours.” Robert’s pupils enlarged, and I nodded. His fingers trembled as he loosened the loops that fed through the D-rings on the saddle, removing the roll. He handed it to me, and I slid the roll from its covering, unfurled it, and laid it on the ground under the tree.
I didn’t need to give further instructions.
Robert knelt on the roll, then leaned forward, his weight on his hands, his back arched, the hair on his ass flattened by the water. I got on my knees behind him, pulled his asscheeks apart, and dove in, my tongue seeking that hot little pucker.
“Oh Lord,” he groaned, his head dropping to the roll.
I paused. “Just so we’re clear? You have permission to touch your cock, and you can come whenever you’re ready.”
Judging by the way his dick lengthened and stiffened, that wouldn’t be long.
I played with his hole, applying lips, tongue, and fingers, until he was in constant motion, rocking back and forth, and reaching behind him to press my face deeper into his crease. Now and then I straightened to scan the lake’s perimeter, but there was no one in sight, so I went right back to sending Robert over the edge.
I tugged on his sac while I pushed my tongue into that loosening entrance again and again, his moans increasing until I knew he was about to pop. I spread his cheeks, stretching his glistening hole, relishing the sight of him wide open, the muscle contracting, ready for me.
I wanted so badly to be inside him, but I wasn’t about to penetrate him without lube. Instead, I sucked on a couple of fingers, slid them into his warmth, and fucked him with them until he came with a cry, shaking, pulsing onto the roll, spatters of cream against dark blue. I covered him with my body, kissing his shoulders, his back, his neck, and he turned his face toward mine, our lips meeting in a fervent kiss.
We lay on the bed roll, my arms around him, the sunlight falling onto our bodies, its warmth battling the breeze off the lake, coaxing my skin into a carpet of goosebumps.
“I don’t want to move,” he said in a low voice, his head resting on my chest.
“We don’t have to go just yet, do we?”
He craned his neck and smiled. “No, we don’t.”
“Then let’s lie here and enjoy it.” I loved that sated feeling, as if warm cream flowed through my veins, my mind at peace.
It took me a moment to notice the change in Robert’s breathing.
Let him sleep. If Paul was right, he needed it.
Robert
As we descended the trail, an uneasy feeling settled over me. “Something is wrong.”
Toby frowned. “What do you mean?”
“Listen.”
He tilted his head. “All I hear is the sound of running water. There’s a creek coming up, isn’t there? Just around this bend?”
I frowned. “That sounds way louder than it should.” We rounded the slope, and I froze. “Oh good Lord.”
The creek was fuller than it had been a few hours before, but its color had changed too, from clear to a light brown, due to all the dirt, sediment, debris, and mud it carried along with it. What had been a narrow stream had swollen into a fast-moving torrent.
Toby’s eyes widened. “What’s happened?”
“It’s a flash flood.”
He peered at the sky. “There isn’t a cloud to be seen.”
“All that thunder we heard in the distance this morning? Maybe therewasrain after all, just nowhere near us. And somewhere upstream from this, there’s a whole lot more water than there should be.”
Toby stared at the creek. “It’s gotten so much wider than before. We can’t cross that.”
“No, we can’t.”
“Well, is there a way around it? Another route?”
