I didn’t think Zephyr cared for anyone, not even the seer, and it was unlikely Wesley mourned the monster.
“Wesley is the one who revealed me to the winter court,” Toby said. “He was there when I was taken, looking like someone had beat the shit out of him, but I haven’t seen him since.”
Sebastian’s shoulders slumped and he looked at Liam. Liam grabbed his hand and pulled him close. “He might have been coerced. But it’s never good to find out friends betrayed you,” Liam said. “Let us go grab you some food and clothes, just in case. We’ll deal with Isaac later. He’s mostly insane anyway.”
“I gave my vengeance to Robin,” Toby said as he slid up next to me. “In exchange for the origin story of the first kitsune.”
Sebastian and Liam met gazes and mouthed the nameRobin.
“Has the puck not been around?” I inquired. They did like to play games. I could recall a handful of the bastards in my young court days, causing a stir among the nobles.
“He’s here,” Liam said. “I’ll ask questions.” He sighed. “After we get you food. Do you need anything else right now?” He pointed into the distance where I could feel the pulse of my realm. “I don’t know if we can build something like that, but I’d love to learn more barriers after you’ve all gotten settled. If I’m not looking for your space it’s hard to find. And any who wander through the woods just wander around it without knowing it’s there. I like that idea for protecting the pack. Inside there seems to be endless space to run. The pack would enjoy that.”
Barriers were easy. In fact, the entire weaving of the realm felt as natural as breathing to me. It was only the digging and defining of memory that took work. I bowed, “At your service, my liege.”
Liam snorted and dragged Sebastian toward the house. “We’ll get food.”
“And other necessities,” Sebastian said with a waggle of his brow.
“Necessities?” I wondered as they vanished inside. I stared at my males who both vibrated with energy, and I could see the wrap of our bond around them, proclaiming them mine. I liked it. A lot.
“Yeah?” Toby said. “Even mine?” He stepped in close, hesitant, I think expecting me to back away, but I remained in place, studying his face, the bond, and the calm strength of him united with his wolf. No half-maddened thing like the nightmares of old. He slid his hands around my waist, hips pressed to mine. He was only an inch or two shorter than I. He put a gentle hand on my face and leaned in to kiss me.
I expected it to be the sweet touch like Nick had taken earlier, but the wolf was demanding, lips pressed firm to mine, tongue seeking entrance and dancing deep once I let him in. He tasted like cake, and bacon, and the sweet bread of legends, his body warm against me, his cock hard against my hip, though I didn’t do the work to unravel the glamour of his clothes. We could save that for a more private space.
Nick pressed in against my back, pinning me between them, lips nuzzling my neck as he wrapped his big arms all the way around us to encase Toby too. “This is so much better,” Nick muttered.
“Now I know we’re dead,” Toby said with a smile against my lips. “Mr. Grumpy tastes like sunshine, how strange. Do you always taste like sunshine?” I might have protested but his hand tightened in my hair and my cock hardened with the thought of being sandwiched between them and worshipped.
“So much worship,” Nick added as his arms tightened.
“Okay, wow, um, we’ll just leave this here,” Sebastian said dropping a big basket at our feet. “Food, some clothes, and some…modern intimate accessories. Have fun. Don’t be strangers, but um…go home? And knock next time?”
“Can’t take the heat, omega?” Toby asked looking back his way. “Has your desire for your mate cooled? We’ve all been listening to it for months.”
Sebastian’s eyes widened and he backed away. “Maybe later you can teach us to build a quiet space so less people have to hear? Bye now! Have fun.”

Nick grabbed the basket and created a door. “So easy,” he remarked. He pulled open the door and tugged us through, right into his bedroom in the camper. I was pleased by the small changes, it felt like home, and the fire settled my nerves. I ran my fingertips over the woven walls of vines and the seedlings I collected scattered, vanishing into the thick layers of ivy and branches.
Toby set the basket on the end of the bed digging through it and holding up a small bottle. “They packed lube. I was wondering how that was going to work in mini fairyland.” He tucked everything back in the basket and set it beside the door. “Glamour off,” he instructed as he leaned in close to take another demanding kiss.
Nick’s strength behind me kept me upright even as Toby pressed hard against me. I sighed, happy to be warm, and snuggled between them. I dropped the glamour, as the room was plenty warm and neither seemed disgusted by my darkened skin or red hair.
“You are kitsune,” Nick said.
“You still have clothes,” Toby pointed out and looked at himself, he did too, only I didn’t.
Glamour was only an illusion, but the things I crafted in my world, like the plants and their clothing, were real. The fine details would have been fascinating if not for the beautiful man in front of me, tugging off his shirt and undoing his pants.
“Nothing wrong with how you look,” Nick said. “Whomever decided the fae were beautiful were only looking at the illusion their glamour created.” He let go to slide back on the bed, and settled nude against the headboard. I couldn’t help but gaze at him, his strong shoulders, defined chest, and fine cock I’d only once touched.
“Do you need more food?” Toby asked, still wrapped around me. “Or can we play a little first?”
“My hunger is mild,” I said. “Play?”
