At least that is what it appeared to be from Veylor’s memories. I still haven’t regained any of my own but I felt like I was more complete now than I ever was.
“I suppose you’re right.” Veylor’s throat bobbed.
Of course I was right.
Now it was time for Veylor and Vesper to have their moment. She needed to spread her legs and let Veylor take that glorious pussy for himself.
"Vesper," Veylor started, his voice low and husky. He reached up, his hand cupping her cheek gently. His thumb brushed against her skin, tracing the line of her jaw. Vesper leaned into his touch, her eyes never leaving his. It was a tender moment, one that made my chest tighten with emotion.
My body reacted to their display, my cock growing even harder, pressing against the confines of my trousers. I wanted to join them, to feel their bodies against mine, to be a part of their union. But I held back, allowing them this moment. They needed it, needed to connect, to solidify their bond.
Veylor's hands moved from Vesper's face, sliding down her body, exploring her curves. He gripped her hips, pulling her against him. Vesper gasped into his mouth, her body molding to his. Their breaths came in ragged gasps.
I couldn't wait any longer. I needed to be a part of this, to feel them, to touch them. I moved closer, my body pressing againsttheirs. Vesper's hand reached out, pulling me in, her fingers digging into my flesh. I groaned, my muzzle finding her neck, licking and nipping at her skin.
This was right, so right. All three of us together.
A throat cleared nearby, snapping me from my trance. I whipped my head toward the sound, a snarl already forming. Benedict stood there, immediately lowering his gaze and retreating a step when he met my eye holes.
“I am terribly sorry, I really am—”
Veylor straightened and wrapped his arm around Vesper. Her face was aflame as she leaned into Veylor’s chest.
“—But you have a guest.” Benedict raised his head and looked straight at Veylor, as if he knew who it was.
I tilted my head, not understanding completely. Veylor had blocked me out of his mind, and while I had broken down his walls once before, it would take time for me to break them again.
Would I subject Vesper to that?
The chain clinked against my hoof that laid on the ground. “What guest?” I growled and stepped forward to Benedict. “What is his name?”
Benedict bowed his head again. “Sorcerer Sylvaine, from the Mountainous Regions of Chantie, to the North. He showed me a letter that Veylor wrote him and said he would rather be here in person to deliver—”
“—That’s enough.” Veylor barked. “Leave us Benedict, I will be with him in a moment.”
I snarled and Benedict jumped to scurry away.
“Sylvaine, who is that?” Vesper stood, raised an eyebrow and crossed her arms. She was cutting herself off from Veylor again and I didn’t like it.
I let out a whimper and she stood close to me, her arms wrapping around mine.
Veylor pulled back his hair, his sharp cheekbones becoming a distraction as he paced in front of us. “Remember, I sent strands of your hair to him, to find out what you are, Vesper. It was before… everything. All of this.” He waved his hand between them.
Vesper nodded. “Oh that’s right. Because I’m different. You think I’m part… something else.” Her head lowered and Veylor darted forward and tilted her head up with the crook of his finger.
"Stop." His jaw clenched. "I won't let you hang your head like that. There's no shame in being different. I needed answers before…about why I couldn't resist you, why I felt chained to you from the moment we met."
Vesper’s eyes softened.
"And I know why you drew me in." His voice dropped to a ravenous growl. "It's your goddamn fire—the way you stare into darkness and see what others fear to look at. The way you'd walk straight into death itself and demand it bend to your will." He seized her face between his hands, his fingers digging into her skin. She choked out a sob, her body trembling against his. "Even if your blood runs with siren magic, you never needed it. It was your soul that clawed into mine and refused to let go. Bond or no fucking bond, I would have torn apart anyone who stood between us. Because you are the proverbial heart that beats within my chest, Vesper. You are the very essence of what keeps me alive."
He crushed his lips to hers, a fierce and desperate claim that left her breathless.
I watched, my own desire rising like a tide as Veylor devoured her, his hands roaming over her body as if he couldn't get enough.
Vesper's fingers tangled in his hair, pulling him closer, her eyes fluttering closed as she gave herself over to him. It was adance, a rhythm that called to the beast within me. I could feel their need, their hunger, as if it were my own.
Veylor pulled away and I groaned, stepping toward them.
