“Yeah apparently he’s made some really good investments over the centuries.”

“That makes sense. It would have been a little silly if he hadn’t learned how to handle his finances over such a long period.” I laughed. “And that’s great that money isn’t an issue. Maybe we should rent some more chairs...”

“I’m more concerned about the fact that we didn’t talk about how big we wanted the wedding to be. Callum was probably hoping it would be more intimate.”

“You said he wanted you to have the whole shebang, though, right? I’m going to throw you an epic reception.”

Emma smiled. “He did say that. Not in those words though.”

“Then I think we are all on the same page.”

“Speaking of the same page...how are you going to tell your boyfriends that you actually have another boyfriend already?”

“Grudge is not my boyfriend.”

“He kind of acts like he is.”

I rolled my eyes. “He’s my boy that’s a friend.”

“Mhm.”

“He has a crush on Kebe. We’re just friends.”

“Then it won’t be hard for you to come clean about that fact that you’re still talking to him.”

“Right,” I said as our coffee was delivered. I blew on my cup.

“Do you think you’ll do it tonight?” Emma asked.

“Do what tonight?”

“Tell the guys about Grudge. It’s the last thing you haven’t told them.”

“Yeah. I guess I probably should. Speaking of the guys...” I pulled out my phone. My eyes grew round when I saw the time. “I had no idea how late it was. Why haven’t they called me about what their contact told them?” It was almost 4 o’clock in the afternoon.

Emma glanced at the time. “Maybe they got really busy at the bank?”

“All five of them?” I shook my head. “I mean four.”

“It’s really bothering you that Titan is still being...Titan, isn’t it?”

“I have him exactly where I want. I bought all the guys but Titan breakfast and coffee this morning. And I made their lunches.”

“So your plan is to be extra rude to him?”

“More ignore him and act like I don’t care.”

“Hm.” She took a sip of her coffee.

“What? He likes what he can’t have.”

“Okay...but you’re kind of acting like you just don’t like him. And being a jerk about it.”

“Hm,” she said again.

“Whose side are you on here?” I asked.
