“His loss,” Bennett said.

Ace grabbed a napkin and tried to start cleaning up the mess on my chest and stomach.

I propped myself up on my elbows and forced a laugh. Titan’s constant rejection was starting to weigh on me.

“Don’t bother,” Bennett said. “The more I talked about you in the shower, the more I wanted it.” He stepped forward and lifted me into his arms. “I’ll clean up this mess. How about you guys clean up the rest?”

Otto groaned.

“I’m not a mess,” I said.

“Baby, you are covered in potpie and cum. Say goodnight to everyone.” He pulled me closer to his chest and started to carry me away.

I leaned my head back to see Huxley, Ace, and Otto. “Goodnight.”

The twins smiled.

Maybe it was in my head. Or maybe it wasn’t. But Otto didn’t look as happy.

I blew him a kiss and he finally smiled.

I usually slept with him. Did this mean I was going to sleep with Bennett tonight?

He carried me up the stairs.

I got a quick glance of his bedroom as he carried me to the bathroom. Unlike Otto’s bedroom, there was no exposed stone or wooden beams. It was much more modern. And there weren’t any clothes strewn about the room. Bennett carried me into his equally tidy and modern bathroom. Everything was so pristine.

He kept me in his arms as he reached in and turned on the shower to warm up.

“I was surprised when you wanted that to be your private session,” I said. “I kind of thought you meant it would just be us.”

“It’s just us now.”

I stared up at the scruff on his chin. I wanted to know what it felt like against my skin.

“So tell me. Was that better than camming?”

“That was a million times better than touching myself.”

“I’ll show you what’s a million times better than touching yourself.” He kicked off his shoes and then carried me into the shower. Even though he was still fully clothed.

I laughed. “You’re going to ruin your suit.”

“I think it’s already ruined.” He set me down under the water. And then he grabbed a bottle of his body wash. He lathered some in his hands and then spread the foam across my breasts and down my stomach, removing the evidence of Ace.

I’d never had Bennett completely to myself. We’d shared that moment in his office yesterday after hecaught me robbing his bank. But we’d hardly been alone for more than a minute or two.

His hands were so gentle as they washed me. The contrast of his gentle touch to how rough his friends had just been with me made me shiver.

“Hm.” He rubbed his fingers along my pebbled skin. “I like how responsive you are to my touch.” He dipped his soapy hand between my thighs to remove the evidence of Otto. He trailed his hand down my thigh until his hand fell. He reached up to his tie as he joined me under the stream.

I wasn’t sure I’d ever seen anything hotter as he pulled off his tie under the water. The water was dripping from his lashes as he shrugged out of his suit jacket that was covered in dinner. He started to unbutton his shirt, but I stepped forward to do it for him.

He stared down at me as I slowly unbuttoned each button. “I feel like I’m dreaming.”

It did kind of feel like a dream with the steam from the hot water all around us.

I tried to push his dress shirt off his shoulders, but it was clinging to his skin.
