She gestures for him to continue, picking up her water bottle for a sip.

“I found that motherfucker Stevenson’s toothbrush on one of the sinks.” Hendrix’s entire body locks up with the mention of her currentsweetheart’sname.

Oh, this is going to be bad. So fucking bad because I know how vicious Saint can be when he uses Riggs as a pawn.

“Did you know that tool has his name engraved on the handle?” Riggs cackles. “What a loser.”

“What the fuck did you do to him?” Hendrix slams the table with her palm.

Riggs waves her off. “Nothing too bad, Hen, don’t worry.” His lips press together. “I just used it as a brush for my pubes.”

Hendrix spits out her water onto the table. “You did fucking what?!”

“I needed something to smooth that shit so I could cut it. His toothbrush was available, so I used it.”

I press my fingers to my eyes as Hendrix shoots out of her seat…heading straight for Saint because she’s not stupid. It has his name written all over it even if Riggs handled execution.

“You’re a fucking asshole, Lavell.” She slaps him repeatedly on the arm.

“Don’t worry, Hen,” Saint reassures her, dodging more slaps with two hands covering his head. “Riggs made sure he got it back.”

Hendrix lets out a screech as she continues to rain down Hell on his body.

The rest of us laugh, minus Rebecca who’s scolding me with her eyes.

“Do youeverwant to get laid again?”

I give her an eye roll before going back to focusing on the scene at hand, noticing Alexis and her tribe of bitches watching it too. Most of them are snickering, but not their leader, no. She’s got a questionable expression on her face.

One I don’t fucking like.

She’s not amused, but still waiting to see if something happens. The problem is the look of interest on her face doesn’t seem to have anything to do with Saint or Hendrix, because her gaze fixes on me.

Hendrix pumps the brakes on her assault, and the silence has me focusing back on her. Her eyes widen with realization, and her face pales with disgust.

It takes a minute before she moves again, but this time she’s gagging and racing back to her spot, guzzling the rest of her water like her life depends on it.

Looks like she was playing tonsil hockey with the asshole this morning.

A ceasefire commences shortly after I order Saint to cut the shit, and Hendrix stays salty as she goes back to eating her Ramen.

That is until she dangles the curly noodles in front of her with chopsticks, a grimace plastered to her face as she eyes Saint and Riggs, who are pretending not to notice.

“Just throw that shit out.” I look the noodles up and down. “Even I’m disgusted by the comparison.”

Hendrix gets up again and stomps over to the garbage, throwing the entire tray away.

Rebecca is perched on my lap, playing with the lapels of my blazer. “Wanna head back to my room after school?” She whispers with a suggestive grin, a stark contrast to the threat she spat earlier.

I bite the corner of my lip, eyes dropping to the cleavage hidden behind her white shirt. “I can move some bodies around.”

Rebecca snickers, drawing circles against my chest with her finger. “I hope one of ’em is mine.”

I ring orange strands of hair through my finger. “Oh, I have plans for your body, Rebecca. And every single one of them involves defiling it.”

“What the fuck is this about?” Hendrix mutters our way, her attention on the door.

I look behind Rebecca to find Alexis’ guards whispering between each other, one on the phone as he maps out the room.
