I want to bring attention to two different groups working to reduce violence in Baltimore (“Lawsuits mount over police”).

On one hand we have the Baltimore Gun Task Force.

This plainclothes group of police has been accused of stealing guns, drugs, and money from criminals and victims of violence in Baltimore.
