As it turns out things could get much worse. It was a night to remember, and boy, did I get more than I bargained for. And not necessarily in a good way.

Danielle blew into my bar sad and looking for some horizontal revenge. What kind of man would I be if didn’t offer up my help to a woman in need? She breezed out of my life that night as quickly as she breezed in. Until two weeks later, when she stormed back in, yelling and cursing me about things I didn’t do. I swear, it wasn’t me. But I was taking the fall for someone else. Yet, somehow in the midst of all that, Danielle managed to capture my attention. Things in my life were good before our one night together.
