Pleasure and heat, a wave of calm and serenity. Weightless and pure, my body was a beating heart all of its own. I woke softly, cocooned in an intense warmth, my skin humming with bliss. I felt the smile creep over my lips as I reveled in it, the sensation so soft and consuming it almost felt alive, wrapping around me like a protective shield. My limbs trembled and a sigh escaped before I could stop it, the sensation that powered through me so strange I couldn’t quite understand.

The warmth was gentle and possessive, and it tightened around me as I tried to open my eyes. Across my skin, I felt tingles erupting like stars, and a delicious heat gathered at my core. I began to quiver, not from fear, but with an overwhelming pleasure.

I took a deep breath, but I realized it wasn’t mine. Inside me, something was moving, breathing at the same time, helping my chest rise and fall as if we were already one.

The air felt different, heavy with something alive and powerful. My pulse began to race with nerves, the thrill of the unknown becoming intoxicating and real. I couldn’t tell how, but I knew I wasn’t alone. I could sense something.

Him.

A presence watching over me.

As I nervously opened my eyes everything was blurred, darkness and stars merging into liquid gold, spiraling like a nebula in the distance as if space itself had pulled me in and was holding me close. But then suddenly, in the middle of everything, there was him… my whole body contracted and my heart beat harder.

This couldn’t be real.

He towered over me, his presence powerful and uniquely gorgeous. He was so tall he seemed like a giant, and his skin was like the inside of a marble that shimmered and moved as if the light from space had woven its way into his flesh. I gasped. Common sense told me to try to run, but I knew I couldn’t move. His eyes held me in place, his gaze as intense as swirling galaxies. The middle of them were so deep and filled with color, that they pulled me to him, and in an instant, I felt safe.

“Oh,” I whimpered as another flood of pleasure went through my body.

He cocked his head to the side and I tried to focus. I tried to see him and let his features merge, but they seemed to be constantly changing and making it impossible to grasp. I felt him all around and inside me, and when he spoke, his words rumbled through my bones like a soft thunderstorm.

“Wake up, dear heart…” his voice was smooth and calming.

I realized part of him must have been holding me down, a huge hand that was steadying me in the center of the room. Beneath me, I could feel his presence, but there was nothing solid, just this creature who seemed to be all and nothing at the same time.

“What are you?” I whispered. “Where am I?”

His features began to sharpen and I saw a smile curve his lips. His jawline was angular and handsome and each time he turned his head, I saw new grooves and lines catch the light which caused his skin to shine.

“Look at you,” he said, his voice inside my head, as he reached out and ran another large hand over my sternum. His touch was hot and soft and my skin fizzed against his, as if his fingers were sparking it to life.

I trembled with pleasure, the sensations making me dizzy.

“Where am I?” I repeated, trying to look around, but leaning into his touch for fear the sensation may end.

He smiled, his eyes warming, the twinkling stars inside showing me a whole galaxy.

“You are home,” he said, his voice purring in my head and my heart.

I felt him rushing through my veins as his hand stopped at my waist, gripping it softly as our breathing aligned.

“The higher plane,” he continued. “Where life both begins and ends. A place humans rarely get the chance to see.”

I looked into his eyes, a sincere knowing settling deep inside me.

“I came to find you,” he leaned in closer, his lips brushing against mine. “I crossed dimensions to claim you.”

My body was overwhelmed, the sensation of him all around and inside, helping me breathe and beating through my veins was consuming and addictive. I could not look away. I didn’t want to look away. I needed more of him. I yearned to lift my hands and cup them against his glistening skin, but they were so weightless I couldn’t move, and he held me so tight I barely dared disrupt our connection.

“My touch agrees with you,” he murmured with a hungry longing. “You are radiant…a true queen.”

I couldn’t respond, I felt his lips graze mine and more pleasure rolled through me, my body trembling in his hold. I suppressed a gasp and he made a soft sound, almost like a groan of approval. The stars in his eyes twinkled with intensity.

“What are you?” I managed to whisper, my eyes unable to leave his.

“Do not fear,” he said softly and with a tenderness that made me ache. “You were meant to be here. You were always meant to be mine.”

I couldn’t explain what was happening, but I knew his words were true. I felt it with every inch of me that I belonged to him… that he was right, I was meant to be in this strange place with this even stranger creature.

I tried to lean up, to get closer to him and wrap my arms around his neck, but before I could another intense wave of bliss throbbed through me and he pressed his lips against mine.

His kiss was hot and powerful, a yearning hunger, taking the air from my lungs. In the stars, I found myself lost in his touch, and everything began falling away.
