Page 105 of Loving Bad
"You feel so good," he whispered, sounding like he was nearing his climax. His thrusts were harder and faster as I began to feel the crash of my own orgasm.
A few more thrusts and Sin closed his eyes as he reached his orgasm. Holding his weight with his elbows, he pressed a kiss to my forehead before he rolled off me and got up to dispense with the condom. Moments later he returned and got back into bed with me.
Afterward, we lay on my bed. I looked at him and my heart swelled, about to burst from my feelings for him. He was still breathing hard. Sweat beaded his forehead.
"I love you," I said, needing to say it again and needing him to hear it.
He let out a sigh and turned to face me. Even though we'd talked everything through and any problems between us had been sorted out, I couldn't help feeling nervous at the look on his face.
"I want to be able to say those words to you and mean them," he began to explain. I watched him struggle to find the right words to explain further. "Most people know what love means because they've experienced it, but I haven't."
I felt so sad that his childhood had been that bad. I wanted to reach out and put my arms around him and shield him from the horrible memories of his childhood.
"That doesn't mean, though, that you aren't the most important person in my life. I will do everything I can to make you happy and keep you safe," he whispered to me. His beautiful, expressive eyes held mine as he reached out and touched my cheek. His voice filled with emotion. He couldn't put a label on what he felt for me, but I knew he felt the same as I did. He didn't have to put it into words because I could tell from his actions how much he cared for me.
"I'm sorry I can't say it to you," he said and I could see the look of sadness in his eyes that he had when he spoke about his childhood.
I appreciated his honestly.
"You don't have to say the words," I reassured him softly as I leaned over and kissed him gently. "It doesn't change what we have together."
