Page 32 of Knot My Band: Part Two
We sink back into silence, her body nestled against mine, the rhythm of her breathing syncing with my own.
Her hand finds mine, fingers intertwining, and I focus on the texture of her skin, the delicate strength of her grip.
The buzz of my phone halts me. With a frown etched deep, I fish it out from my back pocket before quickly shoving the phone back.
I don’t want to ruin the surprise by Oli seeing a text about it.
She doesn’t seem to notice since she’s so engrossed in her book.
I keep reading over her shoulder, trying to get some hints at what she might find a worthy grovel.
I tilt my head down, planting a soft kiss atop Oli’s head.
Happiness and shock come down the bond from my packmates.
They’ve never seen this side of me because I didn’t even know it existed. It’s only for Oli and will only ever be for Oli.

THIS REPORTER SWEARS TO UNCOVER THE RELATIONSHIP OF OLI HART! FANS WANT ANSWERS!
June 12th
We walk off the stage with Oli right next to us, and it feels so much better than when she separated from us at the end of the show.
I grab her hand and hold her close, earning a smile.
Of course, we never get a moment of peace, so when we get to the dressing room to grab our stuff and go to the bus, the head of the new security team is standing there waiting for us with a grim expression.
“What’s wrong?” Oli asks immediately. Her omega instincts probably picked up on his tension right away.
“We’ve got a situation. Police have been looking for Trevor and May since last night. They’ve disappeared,” Saint says, tension lining his words.
“Fuck!” Dax shouts.
“Let’s stay calm. We have security in place to keep us safe. We need to give the police time to find them,” Jack says, calmer than I expected.
All four of us move closer to Oli.
“Trevor used the opportunity of being in charge of the security team to his advantage. I doubt he will strike again when there’s nothing to gain from it. May wouldn’t fill in for me anymore,” Oli says, squeezing my hand.
“Oli is right, but that doesn’t mean we will bring our guard down,” Saint says.
I nod, but the tension is higher than when we walked into the room. None of us will feel better until Trevor and May are behind bars where they belong.
No one hurts my omega and gets away with it.
Miranda and Riley walk in and frown.
“We need to get moving to make our next show. Unless something happened?” Miranda asks.
We quickly inform them of the situation, and Miranda stands taller. “We will keep this tour and everyone on it safe.”
Oli steps forward and grabs Riley’s hand. “If you want to go home to Brad, I wouldn’t blame you. It’s not feeling very safe to be around me right now.”
Riley shakes her head. “Of course I’m not leaving. Don’t be crazy! I might invite Brad to join us on tour because he will freak out when I tell him, but I’m not sure if he will come.”
