When Domenico eventuallypulled away, Seth shot a confused look at Silvio, who smiled at himpoint-blank, looking like a sated predator.

“Massage your wrists,”he said before turning around and heading off to the bathroom.

Seth stared at thatsmooth lean ass, unable to move, but he did try massaging his hands slowly. Helooked up at Dom when Silvio disappeared behind the door, and they could hearthe water start. The two men were so different. Not just in looks, but in theway they acted. Dom was like a puma, feasting on Seth for as long as he wished,whereas Silvio reminded him of a cobra, a sensuous creature, which could strikeyou down with one hit.

Seth watched Domenico’shands zip up his slacks and buckle the belt. “You enjoyed that?” asked the softbaritone.

Seth swallowed andreached for a pillow. He used it to get the come off, but also to hide his facefrom Dom. The last thing he wanted now was to be judged. “Yeah, I suppose,” hemuttered from behind his fluffy wall.

He stirred when thefamiliar hand squeezed his nape and pulled him forward. “Come here. Sit next tome.”

Seth looked up at Dom,who was now sitting on the bed. He pushed off his jeans and shoes and climbedup to Dom, now completely naked. The need to be close to him was so naturalthat he didn’t hesitate and put his arm over Dom’s shoulders, leaning in for akiss.

The embrace he got inreturn was enough to calm all his insecurities. Domenico smiled into the kissand nuzzled Seth’s nose gently. “You failed the test,” he said simply.

Seth sighed with hislips on Dom’s. “You sent him?” It was more of a statement than a question. Hepulled his legs up to the bed and wrapped them around Dom’s waist.

“I asked him for a smallfavor.” Domenico put his palm on Seth’s head and kept it there, as if he werepetting a dog. “I’m so disappointed.”

Seth never imaginedthose words coming from Dom could possibly hurt him, but they pierced rightthrough his defenses and made him bleed with guilt. “I know, I’m sorry. I haveto keep myself in check. Make better judgments.” He was being honest, but also,as hot as Silvio was, seeing him kiss Dom was unnerving at best.

Domenico’s eyesnarrowed, and he let out a short sigh. “Your father would have me killed ifsomething happened to you. If I instruct you to do something, you can’t justrun off because you saw a nice face. It’s crucial to both of us.”

Seth swallowed, realizingjust how true that was. His decisions weren’t just about him anymore. He huggedDom tighter with both his arms and legs. “I’ll remember to think of you nexttime I see one,” he whispered and couldn’t help a silly smile.

Dom pulled back andlooked into Seth’s eyes with so much intensity that it made his heart hammer attwice the speed. “I’d rather have you to myself while we’re here.”

While we’re here.

It wasn’t a promise ofanything lasting, but Seth still felt a tiny bit special. “I suppose it wouldbe the safest option,” he said, never blinking, even though it wasn’t safetythat was on his mind. If Dom was to have other men, Seth would rather not seeit.

The steady sound ofwater stopped, and Seth knew he didn’t have much time left alone with Dom. His handswere still on the numb side, but Seth couldn’t help a smile when Domenicostarted a slow massage starting at his wrists.

“I got a call fromLuigi.”

It was the last thingSeth wanted to hear, as those calls were never good news. “Yeah?”

“He wants us to takeSalieri tonight.”

“What? Why?” Sethswallowed and leaned in closer to Dom, to smell his hair. It was better thananxiety medication “How are we supposed to do that?”

“She has classes today,so she won’t return before dark. We’ll snatch her when she comes back home.”

The bathroom dooropened, and Silvio came in, completely naked and covered in glisteningdroplets. Seth could feel Dom turning his head in the same way he himself did.But Silvio was right back to business. “Are you talking about the job?”

Domenico nodded. “Yeah,it’s about Salieri.”

Seth wasn’t sure how itwas supposed to work. Silvio wasn’t from their Family. “He’s coming?”

“Yes. We were talking,and we thought we could spend quality time together a bit longer,” saidDomenico as if he were talking about going out to eat, not about a kidnapping.

Silvio nodded as hevigorously dried himself with a towel. “You might need backup since you’re notready yet.”

Seth was taken aback andfrowned. “I’m all sorts of ready.”

“Ready to take come on yourface, not take Salieri,” Silvio said.

It was so obnoxiousSeth’s lips parted in shock.
