“You mean penetration?”Seth asked with a straight face. He had to be getting at ease with Dom to keeppushing it.

“Later we sin, I said.”Dom knocked on Seth’s warm forehead, letting his gaze linger on the deep darkbrown eyes. “I meant a proper fight.”

“Like a knife fight?”Seth frowned, clearly not looking forward to that concept.

“No, no, we’re startingwith hands and guns. Blades are too dangerous at this point.”

“Okay.” Seth lookedaround and gave Dom a peck on the cheek. The guy was unbelievable.

Domenico rolled over andgot to his feet with the warm brand of the kiss still lingering on his skin.“Up, up, up.”

Seth sighed but didn’tstall. He scanned the empty area once more and took his T-shirt off. “I’mready, Mentor.” He grinned like the village idiot, but a small smack to theside of his mouth wiped the grin right away.

“Attack.”

Seth slouched, spreadinghis arms to the sides and started circling Dom. At least his gaze was morefocused now. He reminded Dom of a young stag, eager for a fight, but not reallysure how to go about it. So he hit Seth again, delivering a poke to his bicep, which had to sting.

“Move!”

“Hey! I’m thinking.”Seth frowned and hit Dom’s forearm in answer.

“Don’t think. Hit me.”Domenico leaned forward and splayed his fingers, ready to block an attack.

Seth turned to the sideall of a sudden and charged at Dom with the side of his shoulder, like awrecking ball. He was clearly inexperienced, so dodging the tackle was a pieceof cake, which Dom topped with a light punch into the stomach.

“Try harder.”

Seth wobbled and almostfell over, but managed to regain his ground. “That’s unfair. Show me what todo,” he complained, approaching, but holding an arm in front of himself as ifhe suspected Dom could punch him with the speed of lightning.

“It’s trial and error. That’s how I learned to do it.” Domenico started slowly circling Seth, whoseflared nostrils were an indication of how hot he was getting.

“I don’t believe you.You don’t just come up with Jackie Chan shit like this!” Seth didn’t evenblink, watching Dom’s every move and backing off whenever Dom approached him.

“Martial arts you haveto learn, but fistfights are mostly strength, which you have, and reflex, whichyou need to practice.”

Seth nodded andattempted a punch to Dom’s chest but got distracted when two girls walkingtheir dogs whistled at them and laughed.

“Easy now,” saidDomenico, before shouting something to them in German.

“How many languages doyou speak?” Seth cocked his head to the side. Focus wasn’t his strong side, somuch was certain.

“Six.” Domenico grinnedat him. “Plus accents and variations.”

“Wow.” Seth’s bodyrelaxed. “Your German is like… it has no accent. You should speak to me inGerman in bed sometimes.” He laughed and moved again. He was looking for a holein Domenico’s defenses, which was a futile attempt at his level..

“German has manyaccents, which one do you prefer?” Domenico smiled at the appreciation. He knewhe deserved it, but he enjoyed actually hearing it from Seth.

“Oh wow, I probablywouldn’t know the difference. But that’s amazing. I can’t even do Englishwithout an accent.” The twinkle of adoration in Seth’s eyes was worth learningan extra language.

“I can speak with theBritish, Irish, Scottish, standard American, Australian accents. Oh, and thesouthern US states.” Domenico grinned, boasting with pride. He loved seeingSeth’s eyes go wider.

“You’re shitting me!That’s amazing. You must have acting talent.”

“I do. I could have beena movie star if I weren’t an assassin. This shit requires a degree ofanonymity.”

Seth wouldn’t stopgrinning, and his fists were up just for show, jeans hanging low on his hips.“That is so true. When I first saw you, I thought you were a model. Like, youknow, that they hired an actor or something. Couldn’t you be like a doubleagent? Actor by day, assassin by night.” Seth wiggled his eyebrows. He wasn’tthe best liar so he really had to find it all exciting.

“Would you like that? IfI were a model for Armani, or Prada?” Domenico moved as soon as he saw anopening in Seth’s defenses and smacked him next to the eye.
