Page 45 of Fighting for Her Heart
“Hey.” I reach for him, and stroke Axe’s thigh as he turns his erection away from me. “You haven’t come yet.”
“Let’s save that for later.” Axe shifts on the bed to recline where he finds my lips and kisses me.
My body’s still trapped by Ryker’s tight hold, and my forearms collapse. My body lands against the side of the bed, Ryker pinning me there.
“You’re crushing her,” Axe says, with an almost grunt.
“You’re one to talk.” Ryker takes hold of my breasts as he shifts back, taking his weight off of me, then he turns me so he can kiss me. “You okay?”
“Better than okay.”
When Ryker and I break away from our kiss, Axe has his jeans on already, his erection straining the denim.
“We should go out and join Zuben and Nora,” he says.
I escape Ryker’s hands that are on the verge of getting us started right back up again.
“Is the sun down already?” I ask, trying to shift our attention to something beyond sex. If it is, I missed another chance to see if I can take sunlight, but I’m starting to think that won’t ever happen for me.
On the other hand, I’m looking forward to nightfall when I can continue working on my magic, get some fresh air, and then eventually feed Zuben again. Maybe this time he’ll fuck me. Or at least stay in the room while the others do.
Escaping Ryker’s hands, I find my shirt, and then search for my jeans.
“Why put on clothes?” Ryker asks. He grabs me around the waist and kisses me, his cock, still hard and damp from being inside me, slides against my body.
“You’re the one with all the fancy duds,” Axe replies. “I’d be happy if I never had to wear clothes again.”
“Then why are we bothering?” Ryker says. “It’s not like vampires feel cold much.” Ryker squeezes my ass cheeks and I shudder, inside and out, trying to ignore my body’s request to make use of the two erections in the room.
Pulling away from Ryker, I find my jeans under the bed and pull them on. “I’ll give you one good reason for clothes.” I smile as I glance at Ryker. “My mom’s out there, remember?”
“You saying she can’t handle all this?” Ryker wiggles his hips and his penis sways, growing even stiffer and slapping his abs.
I laugh. “I don’t want to eventhinkabout the answer to that question.”
“Good point.” He pulls on his leather pants and then grabs one of his billowing silk shirts from the wardrobe. “Speaking of your mom, are wealwaysgoing to live with her?”
“I…” Until he asked the question I never fully thought about it.
Axe takes my hand and pulls me against him, draping his arm over my shoulders and leaning down to kiss the top of my head.
“Sorry to ask about your ma, little dove,” Ryker says as he tucks the front of his shirt into his waistband. “Whatever makes you happy is a-okay with me.”
“No.” I rub Axe’s chest, loving how he growls almost soundlessly in response. “It’s a good question. I don’t know what Mom’s plans are.” I shrug against Axe. “But I have to say, I like the way your question impliedyouwant to continue living together.” I scrape my teeth over my lips. “At least for a while.”
“I believe that the word I used was ‘always’.” Ryker looks at me with so much heat and love that my knees wobble. If I weren’t leaning into Axe I’m not sure I could stand.
“You know you’re never going to get rid ofme.” Axe’s voice rumbles through me. “Grizzlies mate for life.”
“I love you both—so much.” My voice breaks.
Ryker comes over and the two of them embrace me, making me the center of a sandwich with the heaviest, strongest, most delicious bread ever.
There’s a knock on the door.
“You guys decent?” Nora calls in.
“Define decent?” Ryker yells back.
