This was a night when everyone was so exhausted they felt close to death.

Gu Xiaoxi took out her phone, moved away from Chen Zhigang, and then dialed Quan Shaoqing’s number.

In the middle of the night

Quan Shaoqing woke from his sleep as his phone kept ringing non-stop.

He picked it up and saw that it was Gu Xiaoxi.
