Page 53 of Damian & Jun, Episodes 13-16
“I swear.” Armada nodded her head, still smiling.
Jun looked back at his screen, rereading what he’d written. Just as he was about to hit send arms wrapped around him behind. “Wolfling.”
“Alpha.” Jun groaned. “Two minutes. I swear.”
Damian stayed wrapped around him, making faces at Habibi as Jun furiously finished up and closed his laptop. He turned around and opened his arms to Damian. “All done.”
Damian kissed him. “Last contract signed.” He held up a folder.
Jun sagged against the counter, grinning. “Good. That’s…so good.” This meant they had their entire tour dates set. It was stretching their budget, but early ticket sales had funded down payments on the last few dates. He’d never had so many numbers in his head before. Damian had interviewed and vetted accountants for them, and now they had one working for them full time, but all the 5N men were keeping both eyes on their finances. They’d set up the tour as a joint venture between all five of them and the accountant answered to all of them in terms of showing the numbers. The only secret they’d made him keep was a birthday outing for Su-jin.
“Get a room,” Gigi said.
Jun peaked over Damian’s shoulder. Mi Hi stood beside her girlfriend, blushing. She was wearing a crop top and shorts in the summer heat and Gigi was down to almost the same, except she was in a sports bra and running shorts. She also had her arms around her girlfriend.
“Find your own room,” Jun snorted.
“Good idea.” Gigi started pulling Mi Hi away.
Mi Hi sputtered, grabbing the edge of the door frame. “Jagi, we have to work.”
Gigi groaned. “They’re not working.” She jerked her thumb at Damian and Jun.
“I just sent Mi Hi my statement for the paper.” Jun spoke up.
“See?” Mi Hi made eyes at Gigi. “We can play later.”
“Holding you to that,” Gigi said. She kissed Mi Hi soundly on the cheek and waved at Damian. “D-boy, I’m over at the church. Collin is letting me into the stage to practice. I’ve got work in the morning and nothing to show yet.”
“Gigi!” Mi Hi gasped. “You said you had time.”
“I could always wake up early. Nothing, nothing is more important than you, MiMi.”
Mi Hi’s cheeks went full fiery blush. “Tonight! Don’t forget to dress. We’re going out!”
“I always look good.” Gigi shook her hips.
“There’s a difference between looking good and looking like you dressed for the occasion,” Jun shouted after her.
“Jun, baby, I AM the occasion.”
Mi Hi covered her face with both hands.
“How did a nice girl like you start dating a baddy like her?” Damian said in Korean.
“I don’t know,” Mi Hi moaned back. “She’s just…so much. So…good.”
“And she likes your cat,” Jun said.
Mi Hi shuddered. “Stop talking about cats. I know what euphemisms are in English now.”
“That wasn’t one. She really likes BoBo.”
“BoBo likes her more than me,” Mi Hi muttered. But she was smiling to herself.
“You can play her game,” Damian said, pulling out his phone. “What are you wearing tonight?”
Mi Hi showed him a picture.
