Tuesday hadn’t said anything to me since that shit that happened earlier. I tried to make sure Bishop was straight before I left, but my nigga was distraught. He was carrying the weight of the world on his shoulders and the one time he let his emotions get the best of him. He loses the person he fought so hard to get. I truly felt bad for my nigga.

When we pulled up to my house, I could tell Tuesday was nervous.

“If it brings up too many memories. We can leave.”

“No. I’m fine,.

“she muttered.

I can’t lie, a nigga’s ribs were on fire, but I sucked that shit up. I got out of the car and went to open her door to help her out. I knew I had to pull out all of the bells and whistles to make up for today, so I had the only person I knew who could make this shit right help me; my superhero. Even if I wanted to be mad at my mom, I forgave her because, in the end, we were all human. We all make mistakes, and everyone deserves a second chance, just as I had been given one.

When I opened the door for Tuesday, she tossed her hand over her mouth, then looked at me. “Pierre.”

The blue candles were lit throughout the house as blue rose petals kissed the floor. She stepped further inside until she reached my wall of life. When she glanced at it, she shot me a look.

“What the hell,.

“she giggled.

Every single picture was of her. She was either asleep, or caught off guard smiling, or focused on something, and there were a few that we had taken together.

“You have become a big part of my life, Tuesday, and you deserve to be up there, baby. You do,.

“I told her.

“You did all this for me?”

“It’s only you. Tuesday, I’m sorry for what you saw, but I need you to know that what you saw won’t be the last time, but as I’ve said before, I need you to trust me.”

She nodded. Her eyes went from intrigued to seductive. She slowly took off her shoes, tossing them to the side.

“You sure you know what you’re doing?.

“I asked her.

“I don’t know, maybe you can show me..

“Her eyes burned into mine.

“Mr. Harmon, can I interview you? I want to know how much you know about anatomy.”

I laughed.

“Oh, this is an interview, huh?”

“A personal one,.

“she winked.

I came out of my shirt.

“Ok, ask your questions, Ms. Morning,.

“I replied.

She removed her pants.

“Mr. Harmon, they say sex is overrated. Do you believe that?”

I removed my pants.

“Who is they? I say it’s what you make it, and I’m personally, going to make that shit hit every time.”

“You sound so confident,.

“she smiled as she had now removed her crop top.

“Let me show you,.

“I said as I wrapped my arm around her waist and swooped her up.

She palmed my face and kissed me. She kissed me as sweetly as the very first time. Tuesday wrapped her legs around my waist as I started to take her up the steps. She sucked on my neck and nibbled on my lips until I got to the bedroom. My entire bed was filled with blue rose petals. Candles circled my bed; the shit was fire. A part of me was happy my mom hooked it up, then another part of me thought about Naheem. Had he swooned my mother this way?

I lay Tuesday on the bed.

“Hold that thought,.

“I told her.

She looked at me curiously. I walked over toward my dresser, grabbed a box with a big blue bow, and gave it to her.

“Pierre, what is this?”

“Open it.”

She removed the bow and opened the box. When she saw what was inside, she laughed.

“What the hell? Is this why you made me do that shit in the penthouse?”

“Yeah.”

She reached into the box and grabbed the chain. It was a gold Cuban chain with a blue diamond P charm. I removed it from her hand and put it around her neck. The shit glistened; it was fitting and looked good on her. She stuck her hand back into the box and pulled out a princess-cut gold grill.

“They go on the bottom,.

“I told her.

She put them on her teeth, and I put mine on.

“Now you match my fly,” I winked.

I kissed her lips, her neck, her shoulders, and her lips again. She scooted back as I crawled on top of her. My hand slid up the side of her leg as I reached under her, gripping her ass.

“I want you,.

“I told her.

She adjusted her hips below me. Her leg rested over my arm as my hand was still on her ass. I gripped my dick and tapped it on her pussy before entering her. I pushed as far as I could inside her. Her head arched back while her eyes closed. When she focused back on me, she smiled.

Foreheads touching. I went as slowly as I could. I didn’t want to miss a feel. I wanted to tap every single spot inside her. For each stroke, she tried gripping my back. For every stroke I gave her, I was filling her with love. I wasn’t fucking her, I was making love, and this shit hit way different, so different, I was about to cum quick. However, if she wanted, we could do this over and over again. She had my heart.

Tuesday had a nigga in the palm of her hand, and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

We all sat in the lobby, waiting for Diamond to come back and tell us the baby had arrived. Hell, I think we were more nervous than he was. Foe sat there with his leg bouncing up and down. He went from looking straight ahead to Harvey. I knew he was tight about her inviting his sister to Toussaint.

The thing about Foe is that he didn’t have any problems with his siblings, but he was very protective. He tried keeping them away from the shit he did. Unlike me, having Dio around, Foe would never do that so to have his sister in his world was fucking him up.

“Harvey, why did you invite her?” he asked.

“I wanted to do something nice.”

Foe ran his hand over his face. “Fuck!.

“he shouted.

Preach turned to him.

“Foe chill, Lakia is grown nigga she can handle her own.”

“Nigga do you have siblings?”

“No.”

“Exactly, so you don’t understand. I’m not trying to put a nigga down for my sister. I don’t play about her. Where is she staying at Harvey?”

“Our house.”

Foe nodded. “Bet.”

Moments later, Diamond came from the back with blue hospital shoes, a sheer net on his head, and a dumb ass grin.

“I’s a pappy! Nigga I got me a fucking daughter!.

“he shouted.

Preach, Foe and I stood. We dapped him up and hugged him.

“Congrats, my nigga,.

“I said to him.

“Come on, I want y’all to meet her.”

I stopped and walked over to Freckles.

“Are you ok? I don’t want this to be triggering for you.”

She smiled.

“I’m ok, Zeus, go see your niece. I will see her when Yana comes home.”

I leaned forward and kissed her. Preach, Foe, and I followed behind Diamond. When we came around the corner toward the room, Diamond opened the door. Yana looked worn out. Navi and Z were by her side, and it was Chevy who was holding the baby. I watched him and I could see all the love in his grip. The way he looked at her and slowly rocked her. He was ready to be a father.

Diamond picked up his daughter from Chevy’s arms, and it was like he didn’t want to let her go, but he did. When Diamond brought her to us, she was so goddamn pretty. She had a head full of dark, curly hair and high-yellow skin, but I knew that was subject to change. Her nose was like Yana’s, but her eyes and lips were like Diamond’s.

“We named her Love. She was conceived on it, so that’s her name. Love Blanco.”

I don’t know why I felt somewhat choked up, because this was something I would never experience with Freckles. However, I knew things happened for a reason. I’m sure when she and I were ready, we would figure it out. Maybe kids weren’t in my stars, but for now, I got my girl back, and the first step was working on a better relationship.

Chevy walked over to Zaria and whispered in her ear. She didn’t respond. I could tell she was still pissed from earlier. Although Chevy had gotten the love he wanted and a family on the way. His ego, pride, and stubbornness looked like they had the potential to ruin everything he built, and I know that shit was scaring the fuck out of him.

He walked over to me.

“I have somewhere to be. I will see you tomorrow,.

“he said as he left the room and disappeared down the hall.

Zaria glanced at me and that’s when I saw the tear rolling down her face. Something was going on with the Calloways, and nobody knew.
