She groans and covers her face with her hands. “Please stop talking.”
“That gives me spanking rights, though,” I tell her. “Someone’s got to keep your bratty ass in line.”
“You’re so lucky I’m not wearing one of my knives tonight.”
“Believe me, I’m taking full advantage of it.” I give her one more stroke before bringing my fingers to my mouth, licking her taste from them for the second time tonight. “I will never get tired of having your sweet pussy on my tongue.”
The drive back feels like it takes an impossibly long time, but I’m guessing that’s because I’m forced to endure every second of it with a painfully engorged cock. By the time I’m pulling up to my childhood home, I’m more than ready to slide back into the warmth of Mia’s body. Unfortunately, my brother is all too eager to remind me that we need to have a quick meeting with our dad and call Dominic.
Once we’re inside the house, I lower my head to Mia’s ear. “Don’t you dare fall asleep, amore mio. I have plans for you.”
She kisses my cheek and whispers, “No promises. I’m feeling awfully tired after that orgasm you gave me.”
“Well, sweetheart, I’ve yet to have one, so keep that in mind.”
She laughs and gives me a quick kiss before I hand her over to Sasha so he can make sure she gets back to our room. I know she’s safe here, but I still refuse to take any chances. I watch until she disappears up the stairs before acknowledging my brother’s smug face.
“So about the pierced nipples,” he starts to say, but I quickly cut him off.
“Not a single part of her body is up for discussion,” I warn him.
He holds his hands up, but the next thing out of his mouth is, “Anything else pierced?” When it’s obvious I’m about to punch him, he adds, “That’s all I want to know. Just give me that at least.”
“I will not,” I tell him.
He laughs. “Lev pierced the hell out of his dick. I’m guessing Mia has some jewelry below the belt as well.”
“Sandro, I will fucking stab you if you keep talking about my wife’s body.”
“Your wife, huh?”
“She will be soon enough.”
“Fine,” he relents. “I can tell you love her, and I don’t feel likegetting stitches tonight.” He grins and wraps an arm around my shoulders. “It’s pierced, though, right?”
“Fuck you, brother,” I say, but he knows I’m trying not to laugh.
“I knew it,” he grins. “Don’t worry, I’m not thinking sexy thoughts about your woman.”
“You better not be,” I warn.
“I’m not,” he insists. “I told you I don’t like ‘em that young. You’re the only perv in the family, big brother.”
“Jackass,” I mutter right before we walk into our father’s office. He’s waiting for us, drink in one arthritic hand and the nightly cigar he sneaks that our mom pretends she doesn’t know about in the other. Nothing happens in this house without that woman knowing, a fact that I’m willfully choosing to ignore considering everything I’ve done to Mia since being here. Willful ignorance is how families stay together without going insane.
“How’d it go?” he asks as soon as Sandro and I take a seat. “Dominic is already on the line.”
“What happened?” Our cousin’s voice comes through the phone loud and clear. I can hear Enzo give a soft whimper. New York is six hours behind us, so it must be getting close to my nephew’s bedtime. I can easily picture my cousin rocking his son to sleep while he talks business. He always was a good multitasker.
“It went well,” I tell him. “Don Esposito and Don Santoro send their regards, and they’ve both made it clear they’ll side with us on this. Claudio is looking forward to kissing your ass as soon as you come back to Italy, and Leonardo couldn’t keep his eyes off Mia. I have no doubt he’ll make a move soon.”
“How can you be sure?” Dominic asks and then coos something to his son that I can’t quite catch, something about him being the cutest son in the world.
“I’m sure,” I say, cutting into the baby talk, “because I made sure to humiliate him and Mia is irresistible.”
I hear his laugh and know it’s at my expense.
“Sandro?” Dominic asks.
