“That hurt,” I tell him, but my words only make him grin.
Before I can stop him, he steps back, points his phone at me, and takes a photo.
“What the hell?” I ask.
He takes a few more, grinning the whole time, and then puts his phone away. “You look too goddamn sexy, and I want to be able to see you like this anytime I want.” He runs his eyes over me once more. “You look sexy no matter what you wear, sweetheart, but this is a nice treat.”
My eyes linger on the way his suit fits him, and even though this man can make my mouth water no matter what he’s wearing, there’s no denying the power he exudes when he’s wearing a nice suit.
“You don’t look too bad yourself,” I say, and he laughs.
“There’s that sweet tongue of yours. I’m so happy to hear I don’t looktoo bad.”
“Your ego is big enough without me helping it.”
He closes the distance and tips my chin up. “I don’t give a fuck what anyone else thinks of me. The only opinion I care about is yours.”
He leans down to kiss me, but we’re interrupted when Sandro yells, “You two ready? Also, Sasha would like visual confirmation that his sister is still alive.”
Dario looks down at me. “Have you called your dad yet?”
“I talked to them when you went to meet with your men yesterday. I left out some key details, but I convinced them I’m happy and safe and that everyone was behaving themselves.” I smile and add, “That was obviously before you tore my pussy in two.”
The grin he gives me shouldn’t look so unbelievably sexy, but it does. “You bet your ass I did.”
“You’re not getting anywhere near my ass,” I warn him.
He reaches around and squeezes one of my cheeks before he yells for his brother to come in. I step away from his grabby hands before my brother can see, but everything we did must be written all over me,because as soon as Sandro sees me, he lets out a low whistle and says, “You look like you had one hell of a wild night.”
Walking closer, he kisses me on both my cheeks, and then grabs my hand and spins me around. “Goddamn, Mia, look at you.”
Dario takes my hand from his brother’s and asks, “Ready?”
Sandro laughs at his possessiveness, but he steps aside and holds his hands up to show he won’t try to put them on me again. Sandro’s wearing a dark suit as well, but he’s paired it with a white dress shirt and a black tie. The Alessi brothers look powerful and intimidating, which I’m guessing is the exact look they were going for.
When my brother steps in wearing a suit, this one all black like Dario’s, my mouth drops open at the sight of him. I’ve seen Sasha in suits before, but something about this is different. Maybe it’s because we’re in Italy, maybe it’s because Sandro is obviously the one in charge of dressing him and has paired it with a gorgeous pair of leather shoes and an expensive-looking watch, whatever it is, Sasha is looking sharp tonight.
“Damn, brother,” I say, doing exactly what Dario had just done and snapping a photo. “Nat deserves to see this.”
When I see she’d sent me a text, I hurry up and read it and then look over at Dario. “Seriously? You already sent her the photo of me?”
Dario grins. “Of course I did. What’d she say?”
I try to ignore him, but when he sees me blush, he cups my face and says, “Tell me, little viper.”
“She said I look beautiful,” I say.
When I don’t elaborate, he raises a brow. “And?”
I sigh at his stubbornness but it only makes him smile. “She said I look good wearing your ring. Happy now?”
He grins. “Immensely, and she’s right. You do look amazing with my diamond on your finger.”
I let out a noncommittal grunt that makes him laugh.
Sasha pulls at the collar of his shirt and when that’s not enough, he unbuttons the top button. “You’ve seen me in a suit before,” he reminds me.
“Not like this,” I say. “All the ladies are going to be curious about you tonight.”
