K-Pop Fan Attic article: “Shin Hyeri Rumored to Be Cast in Hit US Show Musical Dreams .”

Rumors are circulating that producers of Musical Dreams , last year’s breakout teen drama, have reached out to Bright Star Entertainment to cast rising rookie actress Shin Hyeri. If cast, this would be Shin’s second acting role, and this time it’s a big step up to Hollywood.

Sources say that Shin Hyeri might relocate to LA, where she grew up. This seems in line with rumors that Bright Star is looking to open an LA branch to both recruit and train new talent in the United States. If true, Shin Hyeri would be their first big name based out of that branch.

Shin stole hearts with her turn as the mean girl with a dark past in Youthful Exchange , one of the biggest dramas of the year. And she is currently one half of the beloved Shin-Moon couple on Our Celebrity Marriage with global K-pop star Moonster of WDB.

Fans are excited to see Shin in a breakout American role. Shin truly seems to be a bright new star.
