Page 76 of Their Stolen Obsession
Jesus. I wanted to kiss her abdomen. I’d dip my tongue into her little belly button and she’d squirm. I could almost taste the salt on her skin.
“Get you to that massage appointment,” Sin answered quickly.
Liv narrowed her eyebrows. “That’s today? I thought the appointment was next week?”
“I got you in a few days earlier.” Sin grabbed a mug off a table with the steam rising into the air and he blew on it. “Coffee?”
Liv smiled. “Yes, please.”
I peered out the window. “We should walk. It’s fucking gorgeous outside.”
“Yes, get our girl some fresh air, sunlight, and a stroll through the city,” Sin added as he wandered into another room. “I need to change first.”
“Okay. I’d love to. Anything to not have to stay around here.” Liv took a sip of her morning brew and swallowed. “I’ve been stuck in here for a week.”
Liv hadn’t wanted to leave. She didn’t want to go outside, and we respected her decision. Until today. A simple nudge in the right direction to get her back to being normal again without motherfucking Sebastian ruling her life. She was ours now, but in a completely unique environment. Yes, we maintained control, but in a way she could have power, too. Our dominance wouldn’t harm her, disrespect her, or tarnish her light. With us at her side, we’d help her fulfill her destiny.
“Understandable.” I nodded and grabbed a bagel. “You want one? I make a mean bagel.”
Liv giggled. “No, thanks.”
God. I’d never grow old with laughter like Liv’s in my life forever. I’d be an old immortal motherfucker until I reached the age of one thousand years old.
“You sure?” I teased her with a raised eyebrow. “Double toasted with extra butter?”
“Yes.” Liv flung her hair over her shoulder, and my heart skipped two beats. “I got my coffee.”
I almost collapsed on the spot. Instead of dropping dead, I plopped the bagel into the toaster and pushed the button down. I needed to distract myself from Liv, alluring me with the attractive things she didand constantly flirting with me. Shit. She couldn’t get enough of me, and I wanted nothing more than to have my hands all over her. I sensed she was holding herself back, and what happened on my damn bed only proved it. Our chemistry was there, sizzling in the air and creating tension like a damn knife held to our throats.
My bagel popped up, but I pushed the button back down. Double fucking toasted, please. I hated the doughy bread texture.
“So…” I cleared my throat. “Are you excited?”
Suddenly, I was anxious.Me? Saint Sullivan nervous over a girl?Yep. Abso-fucking-lutely.
“About the walk or the massage?” she asked.
Maybe the fact that Sin and I were going to hijack the appointment and probably knock someone out. We’d also take over and touch Liv when she didn’t know. The plan was probably a bad decision, but we were good at making terrible choices. Rules didn’t apply to us.
“Both?” I shrugged.
Fuck. I was awkward.
“Definitely both. Plus, it will be nice to spend time with you,” Liv answered.
I’d love that too. Maybe more than I should because I was getting hard again. The thought of Liv near me, not knowing I was massaging her in allthe places I wanted to squeeze, knead, and caress, made me fucking horny. My dick strained against my briefs, and if I turned around, she’d get a good view of my erection.
Fuck.
I want my bagel now, please. Anytime, toaster.
Finally, the appliance coughed up my breakfast. I shimmied over to the fridge and took out the butter. After spreading that shit on the toasted bread, I took a big bite. I had a boner to kill. “There. All ready to go,” Sin announced from behind me.
My giant stuffy had depleted.
Thanks, buddy.
I took five more huge bites, and the bagel was gone. Damn. That hit the spot.
