Page 22 of The Forgotten
Gareth lifts me and I shake my hair out of my face to the best of my ability as he sits my ass in a chair.
“Oh, Balthazar, that wasn’t very nice,” he smirks, pushing the sticking hair away from my face. “You can fight me as much as you want.”
Gareth pulls out duct tape from underneath the counter without warning, and ensures I won’t be getting out of the chair any time soon. He’s careful to make certain the tape doesn’t touch my skin, all while I glare, preparing to spit on him.
“No,” he says, squishing my cheeks and lips so hard, he forces them to open. “That’s not very nice. Let me give you some of your own medicine. You aren’t going anywhere because you actually belong here. My adopted brothers are idiots.”
I struggle to talk, tell him I don’t want to be where I’m not wanted anyway, but none of the words make sense because of how he’s smooshing my face.
“You’re cute like this,” he mutters before he spits in my mouth. My eyes open in horror before he grins and shoves my lips closed and pinches my nose to force me to swallow as I scream. “I don’t care if we aren’t scent matched. I know you’re mine. Mine to protect when my brothers are dicks to you, mineto punish you when you’re a brat, and I plan to slither so deep inside of you that you have to acknowledge you’re mine. Whatever Mallan did to you… No, don’t flinch from me. That’s not going to happen here. I’ll wait until you beg for my dick, Baby Girl. Because it will happen.”
I’m stunned as he releases me, leaving me to begin pulling out ingredients.
“I very much doubt that your tiny dick will be good enough to make me stay,” I finally say.
“You’re so obsessed with the size of my dick,” he says, turning to pull down the front of his sweatpants. I nearly swallow my tongue as I see that he’s only half hard as he flashes a partial visual of his thick dick. “Put some respect on one of my favorite parts of my body.”
I can’t help but giggle at how proud he is, though, I have to say that I can see the allure. Holding my wrists up from where my torso is taped to the chair, my giggles get even more hysterical.
“It’s kind of funny,” he admits, huffing out a laugh as he goes back to making some type of meal. “I can’t explain what I feel when I look at you, Olivia.”
My smile is wiped away, remembering something from my past.
“That’s what Bryce said before he and his buddies abducted me,” I mutter, staring off into space.
A glass shatters against the wall, startling me out of my thoughts. I don’t know how long I disassociated for, but it was long enough for Gareth to make me french toast with a fresh blueberry sauce. Fuck, I can’t lose myself like this.
“Fucking finally,” he rumbles, stalking over to me with a plate, not paying attention to the glass all over the floor. “I’ve been waiting for you to snap out of whatever this thing is that you’re doing. I’ve banged pots, whistled, yelled your name, andyou disappeared. Bryce, Mallan, whoever fucking else hurt you, they’re lilylivered dicks who didn’t know the first thing about getting a woman. Our situation is different, and you damn well know it. I’m not interested in forcing myself on you, Olivia.”
Stubbornly, I refuse to say anything to the contrary because deep down, I don’t know that.
“You still kidnapped me,” I remind him, watching as he puts the plate down and begins to cut up the food.
“Open those lying lips and eat your fucking food,” he says angrily as he holds up a french toast laden fork.
Knowing it’ll help to settle my stomach and help to soak up the alcohol, I open my mouth to accept the bite.
“Are you always such a pain in the ass?” Gareth asks, watching as I chew and swallow as if it’s the most important thing in the world.
“I haven’t had the luxury to do anything but survive,” I say, sighing. “No roots, no life, nothing but living in hiding.”
“Is that what the mental hospital is about?” Gareth asks.
My eyes flick to the food because I’m suddenly really hungry, making the beta curse under his breath.
“I’m not going to withhold food for information, Olivia,” he grumbles, feeding me another piece of French toast. “Jesus, I can see that I’m going to have to take another approach to this.”
“An approach other than what exactly?” a voice that I’ve decided I hate says.
Glancing behind me as much as possible in my currently bound condition, I glare at Aled.
“Hog tying her didn’t work,” Gareth says innocently. “You really should have told me about her, baby brother.”
“Ugh, I was supposed to have my dick knot deep inside of you instead of looking all over Minneapolis for you. Please don’t call me that,” Aled groans.
My cheeks heat at that confession, and I curse at myself for not wearing panties. I can feel myself threatening to slick, forcing me to squeeze my thighs together as I beg my body to pay attention to me. Thankfully, I’m able to fight back my arousal. If I’m away from all of my medication, my body will go haywire, leaving me at the whim of my hormones.
That’s a very dangerous thing in my current situation.
