Page 110 of That First Night
“Merry Christmas, Mr. Ford,” I say lustily.
“I need to know,” he starts saying before he pauses. “What the fuck are you doing up so early?”
We both laugh together as my head falls back on the pillow. “I don’t know. I couldn’t sleep. I am excited for James to wake up.”
“And this is how you get your excitement out, huh?” he asks, pressing kisses along my collar bone. “Getting fucked before the sun is even up?”
“Are you complaining, Mr. Ford?”
“Are you getting smart with me, Ms. Kelly?” he mocks back.
“Me?” I bring my hand to my chest in mock horror. “Never, Sir.”
“Call me sir again and I will take you over my knee.” He plants a kiss on my neck. “Right here.” Another kiss on my breast. “Right now.” He sucks my nipple hard.
“Thomas,” I giggle in his hold. “I need to get up and shower.”
He throws himself off the bed and yanks me to the edge by my feet. I can’t help but laugh at his animalistic behaviors. He picks me up and throws me over his shoulder as he begins to walk in the bathroom.
“You animal.” I writhe in his hold.
“I’ll show you an animal, baby.”
“Get in the shower, Thomas,” I say, playfully swatting his arm. “You’re a dirty man.”
“But I’m your dirty man.” He kisses my lips.
“That you are.” I wrap my arms around his neck as he picks me up, my legs wrap around his strong naked body as he steps into the shower. “All mine.”
“I love you so much, baby,” he whispers into my ear.
“I’ll never get tired of hearing you say that.” I melt into his hold.
After another two orgasms in the shower, we make our way downstairs to get started on breakfast before James wakes up. Thomas insists on making waffles. He calls it our special breakfast now. Both Thomas and James have learned to love the vegan waffles that he learned how to make for me. James always gets the one with extra sprinkles.
Before we know it, James is running at the speed of lightning down the stairs screaming, “Santa came!” It takes James less than an hour after that to tear open all of his Christmas presents, and he loved each and every one of them.
I’m getting ready to stuff the wrapping paper in the garbage bag when Thomas clears his throat behind me. I look up and am immediately confused as he and James stand next to the Christmas tree. Both of them look like they are up to something with shit eating grins plastered on their faces and hands behind their backs. My eyes bounce between the two boys.
“What's wrong?”
“Sit down,” Thomas orders.
Hesitantly, I take a seat on the edge of the couch and my curious eyes continue to bounce between them. James is so cute as he looks up at his dad as if he’s waiting for him to give him the next orders on what they are doing.
“We have something for you,” Thomas says.
“I thought we agreed on no gifts,” I reply. Placing my hands on my hips as if I’m frustrated that he did this when I didn’t get him anything. “I didn’t get you anything.”
“You gave me plenty this morning.” Thomas smirks.
“And Santa gave me plenty this morning,” James mocks the smirk that Thomas just did.
“James,” he says looking down at his son. “Go ahead and give her your gift.”
“Okay, Daddy.” He beams from ear to ear as he skips over to me and sits right next to me on the couch handing me a small square box.
Nervously, I open it up to find the most beautiful rose gold necklace with a diamond rose hanging from the chain. On the stem of the rose in script writing is ‘Sunshine’ and my heart melts into a puddle.
