“I wouldn’t mind at all, but I hope it wasn’t me that made you want to leave.” He gave me a small smile. “I didn’t mean to be grumpy.”
“No, you’ve been nothing but perfect all night. I think thegrøggandGlüweinmade me a little sleepy.”
“Okay then, right after we get our prize, I’ll take you back.”
“Oh no, that’s not necessary. I’ll just hop on one of the shuttles.”
“Emily, I’m not letting you go back on your own. I’m taking you, so I know you’re safe. Keep arguing and see where it gets you.”
I shivered. It was the first time he’d been so dominant since our night together and as heavy-handed as my strong independent inner feminist was, the other part of me, the one that already had it bad for him, was swooning.
“Maybe you could demonstrate, Santa Daddy,” I said bravely. Kristoffer’s eyes slammed into mine and he held my gaze as if he was assessing whether I was teasing.
I knew exactly the moment he realized I was asking him to come back to the chalet with me because his eyes flared heat and his mouth curved into a sexy half smile.
Chapter Ten
Kristoffer
Little Red was too sexy for her own good. Or maybe too sexy for mine. Because even though I was pissed off at David for his surprise, I couldn’t resist forgetting all about it the second Emily asked me to accompany her back to the chalet.
“How quickly do you want to get back?” I asked, motioning toward the sleigh and then the line of shuttles that headed to the various hotels in the small tourist town.
“Sleigh is good as long as you spend the ride kissing me.”
God, she was being so bold. Shy Little Red was somewhere hidden beneath thegløggand sweets, but I knew she wasn’t drunk. Not even as buzzed as the first night. She’d had just enough to give her courage to ask for what she wanted, I guess.
“As my favorite name on the nice list, I’m definitely into giving you exactly what you ask for.”
“Goody,” she said clapping her mittened hands. “Let’s get our prize and get out of here then.”
We were on the sleigh kissing, our prizes discarded as if they were nothing more than flyers beside us, when she reached out and started unbuttoning my jacket.
“Naughty girl,” I whispered but then yelped in an unmanly way when her cold hands touched my stomach. “Your hands are like ice.”
“I know,” she said looking me in the eye. “That’s why I’m trying to warm them up.” She smirked.
“By using my stomach?” I asked with a warning glare.
“Nope.”
And then I gasped as her dainty ice-cold hand slid down my jeans.
“Brat! You’re going to pay for that.”
She bit her lip to hold back her grin. “I hope so.”
“You hope so, do you?” I asked incredulously. “Apparently you need a lesson in fearing consequences.”
“Oh please, you’re so sweet you need a warning label for diabetics.”
I clicked my tongue. “Oh, you’re in serious trouble now, young lady.”
She rolled her eyes, and I had to fight with everything I had not to hiss as her thumb found the tip of my cock and stroked icily over it.
“Hands at your sides,” I commanded making her instantly swallow. “Now.”
She pulled her hands away and set them at her sides.
